Ashamed? I Wore a Pink Casio for 30 Days.

So for the month of October, I decided to wear my pink Casio G-Shock in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Yes, 30 days of the same watch. As someone with a lot of watches, it was challenging to just wear the same watch every day, but I learned a lot.

Agree 100% - only us watch nerds care about what we're wearing. To wear just one piece for a whole month takes a watch - nerd iron will, even in such a good cause.

Thank you for subscribing. It was tough to wear just one watch all month. It could have been an expensive Oceanus and I probably would have gotten tired of it after two weeks. 😅

Your best video. I like when reviewers give us a POV and glimpse into their feelings than straight video reviews. Maybe why I like "This watch, that watch" and your take on to #1 is why Ive pivoted from high end watchess costing into the thousands to really affordable watches that are FUN to collect. Its really the first rule of "Fight Club"... Nobody really gives a rip. So I took myself off high end waitlists and began to truly enjoy watches. Pls keep giving us more insight its awesome. Keep up the great content.

Is it just me or does it also occur to you that when I look at a watch after a long time, saw a week, it looks much more prettier and intriguing than it does when I look at it daily?

Agree. There are watches that I put away and then return to and really enjoy them again. It's almost like a new watch, but I don't have to buy it again 😅

As a watch collector myself, I admire 'one watch owners' because that one watch really feels like it belongs to them. It's "their watch" - whereas I wear many watches throughout the week diluting any connection between one specific watch and myself. But hey, it's fun and nobody cares.
