He kicks it off with a real scorcher. The Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw. This pepper is supposed to cap out around 2.2million SHU. The real kicker is that this one is supposed to have a more intense and painful heat than usual. In fact, the inventor claims it will make your tongue go numb.
