Dude the megazords in the comics look awesome. Of course it’s probably because it’s not restricted from production budget. The comic books seriously needs to be adapted to an animated series
I doubt it's because of production budget. I mean at the end of the season they have like 20 mech combined togethers. I think it's just because comic's a less restraining media. So it opens up a lot more creativity. Also they don't have to focus on making toys out of it.
Honestly I would love to see more animated(as in 2D) tokusatsu the only one I have seen is stuff like shinkalion and earth granner but they may be classed as mecha anime(shinkalion probably is)
I like how power rangers on comic and grid videogame is more serous than tv show products, wish an adult version of the franchise could come back for us.
The white tiger dragonzord was something I've waited for my whole life and didn't even know it. The fact that the Zords come from two different Sentai makes it even more awesome.
The Dragonturtlezord feels like something that came straight out of the tv show, and I'm not surprised they haven't animated an official crossover as a movie, or series of specials as that would be extremely cool, It's Morphin Time!

The Mega TerrorZord is definitely one of my faves! And the individual zords as well. Not only it looks cool, It also looks like a techno organic being, something you would see Beast Machines which is a pretty amazing show in its own right in my opinion.
Everyone always forgets Voltron(Dirugger 15) though when you consider how the English version made the heroes invaders it is understandable. Also a shame that we missed out on Sun Volcan because network execs didn't think the Saban formula would work back in the 80s when Marvel bought the rights.
That White Tiger Dragonzord looks awesome. I have always been frustrated that the Dragonzord in the tv series basically got put to sleep below angel grove lake and never woke up again.

Hate to say it but Playmates will probably just stick to Mighty Morphin like Hasbro has done before it gave the franchise to the former... Would like to be wrong here, trust me.
I have two honorable mentions 1.) the Red Tiger Omega Zord when the White Tiger Zord and Red Omega Zord combined as well as 2.) the Mecha Dragon Zord when the Dragon Zord combined with the Mecha Zord a man made/artificial Mega Zord. I probably misspelled them but when they appeared they were pretty cool.
Well I didn't read almost any Power Ranger comics, so there's a ton a stuff in here I never heard about! But they all look fantastic! I say "almost any" because I think I read one comic once when I was a kid. Wish I knew which one.
I once made a Power Rangers team and Megazord based on the 6 animals teams from Legends of the Hidden Temple, with the Sixth Ranger being the Silver Snake Ranger and his Megazord basically being a snake themed train.
But how would it combine unless the rule of cool shows up here’s how I think it should work there’s been roughly enough mega zords to where they can make ultra zords so five megazords makes a ultra zord and so on to form omnizord

The Jungle Fury Zords should not be destroyed so easily. The JF zords formed from the fighting spirits of the Jungle Fury rangers, so in theory, even if destroyed, the Jungle Fury Zords will keep coming back, as long as the fighting spirits of the Jungle Fury Rangers still exist within them.
Yup. they are spirit beasts that through technique take form. They literally should not be possible to destroy. Only able to be re-summoned. Granted the technique is probably rather draining, but still should be possible.

The power rangers comics are maybe the only good piece of content about power rangers specificaly and not super sentai, because comics autors actually come with original ideas and are not just stealing sentais designs
Why are the weakest 2 designs the ones that should have been the most epic? White Tiger + Dragonzord - elements are there, but overall, weak design that really breaks the motif of both their series in how they combine. Metalhead + Dragonzord - Again, what could have been the most epic design, ends up feeling so phoned in & half-assed. These should have made the most epic combinations you want as toys, and instead, come across as something that's a fiddly mess of disassembly & reassembling each. The most embarrassing of this being Turtle + Dragon, when really, all they had to do was separate the shell(front & back), and let the rear shell with arms act like the mastodon, then let the front half separate the front shell to each gold half over a leg, to be gold armor on lower legs, to then the head becoming a face plate that goes over Battle mode's face plate. Simple tweaks, and it evokes much more elements of classic guardian mode, but ninja turtle enhanced & agile. Amazing artists, great work, but they need to stop going to the MMPR(2017) movie school of thought of fusion, and remember that the zords, except in rare story cases, need to use engineering to combine, that the magic of original was in the engineering of the designs in how they combined. Not fusion dance style elements from nowhere that have no feasible way to reach those spots or are in neither design. Audiences want the magic of feeling like they see how it combines. That induces imagination & awe. Not Animorphs the robot zord edition. They want to see, and excuse the phrase here, but Voltron style of watching how the limbs & parts form. That's where the awe is. The play factor, the fun. That turtle+dragonzord combo is going to have to be fixed for the animated version of the tale later. So it can actually work as a toy, and have visual awe in an animated movie without looking like parts fuse randomly & come from nowhere. Funny part being, changing the design like that means it could feasibly work with the Lightning collection dragonzord as is, no mods necessary. Whereas this comic design, is a mess.

The mega Megazord is my top favorite, and the dragon 🐉 turtle 🐢 zord and white tiger 🐅 dragon 🐉 🐲 zord is my 2nd and 3rd favorites by far.
