Patty Alonzo picked the My Dream Palette as her fave of 2022, it really is beautiful in person. I ended up getting Pillowtalk Dream too. I loved the last 2 PML mega palettes, so I’m skipping this years but I am thinking on the Star Wars collab. I also got my first Tom Ford quad this year (BodyHeat) after watching your recommendation and I am NOT disappointed.
Excited to see the ABH Nouveau palette in your top 15. After holding off, not wishing to pay full price, I just picked up Nouveau on the Ulta 20% sale. Waiting eagerly for it to arrive.
You're absolutely right, not enough people are talking about Kaleidos! They're palettes are awesome and the formulas are first class.
I hope Patrick Ta creates a more cool toned palette soon. The past two palettes have been too warm toned for me and, if I'm being honest, I'd love to see some colour in there 😉

I love your choices in this video. I’m Pat McGRATH Stan too, but I almost passed on the Nude allure quint because I thought it didn’t look too exciting. Boy was I wrong. I wore it too a concert and I love the look I created with it. You have me regretting the fact that I didn’t pick up the Oden’s Eye Solmaine palette. I’m surprised the Anastasia Rose Metals palette wasn’t in your video.

Yes ma’am Kaleidos can take my money, I love every single thing they do. Oden’s Eye too, they’re both TOO good.
I also love the Natasha Denona’s My Dream palette, the warm peachy shades with the purples are sooo so pretty. Definitely more of a neutral palette for me at this point after using all these Indie brand palettes, but I am here for it regardless💜

I've enjoyed your channel so so much.. and you have no idea how many products I've purchased based on your recommendations.. can i say one thing? I'm just like you..i love a gorgeous neutral palette.. with amazing mattes and gorgeous shimmer/ foiled/metallic shades.. so don't discredit those looks.. they aren't boring.. they are classically beautiful.. we're not boring.. there's a place for adventurous makeup .. more colorful.. and there's also a place for stunning gorgeous neutrals.. we're not boring girl.. we have to normalize loving these more neutral palettes..
Please do a full video on Oden's eye palettes if you haven't. I'd love to hear more about them.

I like this way of doing the 2 palette videos! My tops: Mario, Patrick Ta Rose, My Dream, Empowered, Nouveau, PML quints. So all the same, minus indie.
I wear my Kaleidos eye shadow quads a lot, they're great. Love ND Dream palette! Oden's Eye killed it this year! PMG's Celestial Nirvana palettes are so good! I have all except Mario and Patrick Ta 's palettes. Enjoyed the video great picks!

I love these videos. I actually tried so hard not buying any palettes this year as I have too many and the more you have the less they get used…. Mine at least. BUT- I bought the Natasha Denona My Dream Palette and the Patrick Ta one as well and I did not regret it.
I find it so interesting that people can have such different experiences with the same eye shadows. I have the WORST time with Pat McGrath shadows, and I think Oden's Eye (for me) works a million times better! That's what's so great.... there is something out there for everyone :)
I haven’t tried any of these because I’ve been more focused on indie brands but I definitely want to try the Cold Brew quad and the PMG quints! I love Oden’s Eye and have Angi’s palette as well as both Xmas releases and they are all phenomenal. Angi always says that the Solmane palette is amazing too and I love the color story. Think I will try it next time I order from them. Those blushes from the same collection look incredibly gorgeous 😍😍😍

Do you have any tips for helping with fallout with huda big palettes? It falls over my whole face.
do your eye makeup before your face :) or try to really tap off all the excess shadow on your brush after you dip in!
Use NYX glitter eye shadow primer. It makes all the eye shadows stay on all day without fallout.
