This three-axis system consists of two X-LSM050A linear stages mounted in an XY configuration on top of an X-VSR40A vertical stage. This configuration gives a high resolution solution while minimizing overall height, and provides a clear, flat mounting surface.
These stages have built-in controllers, and they can be daisy-chained together to connect to a single serial or USB port. Power can also be daisy-chained from a single power source, making the devices easy to control and minimizing cable tangling. - Наука та технологія
