These words will lose meaning in translation but when I was five years old God came to me. Felt like a blanket of warm embrace. I stood in a door way looking at my abuser angry and feeling alone. Then from deep within as well as all around me a knowingness Came over me that I would not be alone that she/he would always be there.. she/ he kept that promise despite the life of endulgance that i lead always answering prayers always laying silent deep within waiting for me to come crawling back after losing my way..This time was different much much different and along the way I found you and your art of compassion and beautiful voice it has assisted in a deeper connection to myself I find peace in your art 🎭🎭🎭...it is a great tool for my jourmey so with love i say thank you i was living a life of an inauthentic self this had been a beautiful tool to heal.. my heart goes out to you in graditude

This is my first time listening to this guided sleep meditation. I haven't had sleep paralysis in about 5 months. I fell asleep listening to this and just now woke up from a very scary sleep paralysis. I'm not saying there's something wrong with the video, but it opened up something inside of me. Beautiful meditation and very relaxing, but because of the things I'm going through it took me to a different place than what i wanted i assume.
Quite possibly took you back to a blockage that needs to be removed before you can make that full shift. I wish you healing 🌹
