Like you, my doctor prescribed naltrexone, but told me to take it daily. She had not heard about TSM. I have always been a binge drinker since college. In 2016, I started to have daily cravings, mainly caused by me wanting to calm my anxiety from being in a bad relationship. I started TSM on my own in Aug 2019 and completely stopped drinking that December. This UA-cam channel was my main motivation for trying TSM. I have never felt better. No more depression, anxiety, etc. and have zero desire to drink. I have much more fun in life now, with more happiness. Keep it up! It’s worth it.
Yes the TSM works for me. Now I do not have that huge drinking peaks, like 17 beer bottles in the evening, and then promising i would stop forever. It goes to smaller amounts, like 3 bottles on an evening, and then be able to not drink several days. So this is better, taking naltrexone and waiting an hour before drink. And it looks like 75 minutes after the pill looks better for me. Found by trying it out. The advantage of spreading 17 bottles over 5 or 6 drinking sessions is the lower amount in a day. Every drinking session with Naltrexone will help the process, and it is still possible to think about what i am doing, that also helps the process. Drinking 17 beers on Naltrexone would give only one session, and no conscious thinking possible. So went from 17 to about 3 each time, in 2 months.
