Somehow there is a repeated scene from 1:34 and 1:36, bringing out the plates and the guy asking about strawberry cheesecake followed by dropping the fish. Just noticed it but still watched the whole thing and LOVE the prep and cooking the curry and Biriani!

Before you actually start your dinner or lunch prepping could you please have s large dry erase board leaning against the glass in front of what your prepping.on the MENU as you go? I like to know what your making. I enjoy thinkng through why your doing things for each dish. I love how clean you keep everything and I love that you are constantly wiping things down as you finish up with something.
Can you tell me specifically how you did that garlic method in the microwave? I honestly didn't think you could do that to make them being squished out without fulling peeling them one by one.
It's pretty much real time as in the video, takes about 20-30 seconds, depending on the quantity and microwave, if you pay attention to the sound you can hear when to take them out before the garlic gets cooked 👌😀👍
