    ✳︎Ingredients / makes 6
    ◆Bread dough
    ・Bread flour : 160g
    *If you divide it into two bowls, about half each, the yeast will melt well and you won't fail easily

    ・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
    ・Sugar : 9g (1 tbsp)
    ・Beaten egg : 26g
    ・Water(40℃) : 75cc
    [Bowl B]
    ・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
    ・Unsalted butter : 20g
    ◆Mentaiko Butter
    ・Mentaiko : about 50g
    ・Salted butter : 20g
    *Unsalted is also acceptable.
    *Heat the butter in a microwave or similar in advance to melt it, and use it after the heat has been removed.
    ◆For finishing
    ・Beaten egg, as needed
    ・Mixed cheese for pizza, as needed
    ・Chopped nori seaweed, as needed

    First time : About 25 min (40℃) / Second time : About 20 min (40℃)
