Thanks alot! I'm planning on getting a X24 soon cause it seems like a way better bike than the KPR, any issues with these Gongshen engines? And how many miles you have? And could u do a video on installing that oil cooler?
Did you have to calibrate your miles as well? I just got mines and yes speedometer is off about 15 or 16. And it seems to add miles fast. Maybe it's me. And a oil cooler install would be nice as well.
Sorry if this comes off as me being rude, but you do understand what MPH stands for, right? So, your bike's speedometer is saying it's going 75 miles per hour- that means that if you ride for an hour at that speed, you'll have put 75 miles on your odometer. In actuality though, according to you, you're really traveling at 60 miles per hour, so the truth is that in that hour of riding you only put 60 miles on your odometer. So yes, your bike currently is inaccurately racking up mileage on your odometer. All these Chinese bikes have inaccurate speedometer sensors, it's obviously best to install a speedodrd as quickly as you can. However, you can't adjust your odometer to reflect the true miles put on the bike because technically that's illegal. There are vids to do the oil cooler install, check out a youtuber named JerryHawk250 or Mike Check Moto. Best of luck!
I bought the 2023 X-Pro BD250. It looks exactly like your bike. Do you know if I would also use the U1 for my bike? Or can you tell me how I would find out which to purchase? Thank you!
@@MJTechChannel yeah man love the looks, looking for a good commuter. I was thinking about the KPR200, but I’d much rather have the X24 I think. Anyway you could do a side by side comparison of the two bikes? It sounds like you own one of each?
Those wires should be shrink tubed individually they shouldn't be taped together in their present state. I was a technician for 26 years and seen customers start vehicles on fire for doing hokey wiring putting in audio systems, T.V, or the like.
@@MJTechChannel I know, but even if soldered they should be separated..they can still interfere with each other even arc across wires. This is why when I did wiring the wires where, I did my connections were at different lengths to eliminate potential arcing across wires.
Lol your wiring was good, there's always someone trying to say how to do something better or like a trained professional. In reality the pros often do it like this anyway.
@@GigaCam I'm 245 5'10, it taps around 130-135, and I live in the mountains. I've upgraded a few of the basics, spark plug, tmaf sensor, tires, breaks, premium gas, octane booster, cleaned and oil chain and that what I can think of at the top of my head.
can you make a video on how to install the oil cooler, thanks
You can recalibrate any Speedo sensor. Anytime you change tires, and wheel sizes this needs to be done. Same with any car or motorcycle.
Sometimes the speedo is off, but the odo is accurate. Just check if your odo isn't off now.

@@MJTechChannel Thank ya sir. Much appreciated!
@@MJTechChannel Also I purchased the same spark plug ya mentioned in your video, and was wondering what the gap on it is?
Have you done any long distance trips? Just curious

If you don't mind me asking, Which version of it did you buy, they have about 20-30 different options to choose from, I have the X24
Do you need a motorcycle endorsement to ride this bike?
Yes you do.
Will this work on Vader gen 2?

Were can i get that from for the speed to fix it right
Where can I get an x24?
They are out of stock everywhere. Very good bike with minor flaws and priced right.

Exactly

They are not taped. Check again on what I said.

@@JessicaSimonson1976 Oh I see. But they do have a wrap that shrinks as it solders with the heat gun and it’s water proof as well

Kawasaki makes a 300 ? I thought it was a 400cc and Yamaha got the r3
Kawasaki first made the Ninja 250, which was then replaced by the 300, which then was replaced by the 400.
250cc came before,
then
300 was from 2013-2017
then
400 from 2018-2024
then
2025 is 500cc(449cc)
That's 80 dollars wasted. That could have been used towards a trail tech.
Can you do a top speed
Pretty sure its 90mph if you're light, going off the fact it has the same engine as the X22R
