To prevent the trigger from clogging, you can try turning the bottle upsidedown and give a couple of sprays to clear the nozzle, before putting it away. It can help.

yer clear the nozzle out like you say. but I think like a little cap lid with small hole that tac moonlight has would also work well.

Lustrous now comes with 2 x triggers and a dispenser cap, we are currently sourcing some different bottles and triggers/dispenser caps.
Also Lustrous now as new labels with better clearer instructions, since we have taken over the SiRamik brand.
We also have a 100ml size in the pipeline.
Thank you all for your support.

Applied this to my car in August, washed it for the first time yesterday and the beading is brilliant no point in prewashing as the snowfoam just beaded right of. And i found it a doddle to apply with a rag company no soak applicator. Made sure to remove the trigger when finished and put a cap back on and have had no problems with it hardening off in the bottle.

This, ADS Ceramic Spray Sealant and the Collinite Beadcoat have given me a renewed interest in spray sealants. Can Coat is the only product that moved me away from them. The coating "lite" products as some call them kind of meet that middle ground between sealant and full blown coating. I find most end up spending too much time unclogging their full blown ceramic coating, that inevitably breaks down by year 3 anyway (useful life of coating). However, periodic application isn't a problem for me so I'm tempted to try one of these. Of course even more simple is the great Gyeon Wet Coat. This damn rabbit hole LOL. Jon thanks for keeping it real. Becoming harder and harder to find true reviews now that we're living in the age of YoutTube detailer product lines.

I’ve been using SPS Graphene Detailer. You Can get it in a 16oz and gallon. Durability is supposedly 3-6 months. It’s extremely easy to use and beads up really well. I picked an installer price instead of the consumer priced version for a gallon. That’s how much I like it. Even it direct sun, works well! It’s my go to now.

I bought this recently and was going to wait until I polished but I though I’d give it a try as a quick spray sealant normal car wash and panel wipe, no clay not chemical Decon. It’s been on a month and same as the first day but the beading isn’t as good as wet coat. I will polish next time it clearly needs a full decon to work best. Hopefully gets me through till I polish.

I love 303 graphene nano spray sealant spray, i did a coat on my focus in May after a decon, sprayed it on a dry clean car, and it is amazing and it still going strong, i wash every third week(i don't drive far or often) and if i feel i need to top it, i bought the graphene spray detailer from 303, i have a vapor silver car and it makes my color warm and glossy and the beading of water is insane! Plus, my poor car sits outside 24/7 so i like that graphene lowers the temp to the paint to an extent, it helps with UV protection too, which my 16 year old car doesn't need anymore damage from the sun!

In sweden we use both petroleum based degreaser eg tar, oil, etc and road salt, and alkaline degreasers in winter so not much survives more than couple of weeks or 2 max 3 washes. Yet to see anything that is not a proper coating that survives a winter. 😅

  • @ak26photography

Incredible stuff this. My car was coated with CQuartz UK 3.0 end of March and i applied this stuff to 1 side of the car and bonnet last month to see how it reacted. The stuff is amazing, almost think it's better the the CQuartz. Gloss and beading is off the scale. It was so good, i applied it to the rest of the car yesterday. I'm not a fan of topping coatings as i believe its 'pointless' but this stuff has changed my mind. Sprayed into a short pile microfiber cloth wipped over the panel and it almost flashed off. Wiped over again with a high pile and the slickness is unmatched. A few disadvantages, triggers are terrible. Product is rather strong and clogs triggers so need to mess around with rinsing triggers out when finished. Product has a shelf life of 18-24 months. Needs to be shaken once a month. Possibly the price?? And low stock although dont think they could cope with the demand if it was to explode in popularity.

I’m sure it’s a great product John, but why on earth do so many detailing product companies use those terrible sprayers? Not surprised when you first went to test the sprayer that it was blocked up. They are cheap, horrible to use and useless at spraying for long periods. It’s quite staggering really, especially when they are charging strong money for the bottle in the first place. Poor attention to the product as a whole.😤

I have something on this and other products testing the strip wash total remover. not the same thing I know but you can degrade both this and cancoat quite a lot with the total remover. which you think might be normal but some other formats resisted it better. but the durability of lustrious is really good if you wash it with normal chems. I hope it doesn't replace the Collinite, especially as I finally managed to get hold of both the 100 and 150 recently!
Regarding the product solidifying in the trigger, I guess removing the trigger after application (and expelling remaining expensive product from the trigger back into the bottle) and putting a cap on the bottle would solve that issue.......not sure if a separate cap is supplied?
