What awaits over the horizon when you leave your home valley? For this second large-scale test, we’re going on an adventure!
Gear up. We have revamped and introduced new statistics for all gear and consumables in the game. With hundreds of items to mix and match, you’ll have more flexibility in crafting your own role.
It’s dangerous to go alone. Denizens of the world will now present a real challenge. Don’t wander away from home without a party and the proper equipment.
Master your weapons. We’ve added new spells, combat abilities and weapon types. Keep an eye on their durability! You don’t want them to break when you need them most.
Welcome to Fight Club. Divine peace doesn’t extend to Lyonesse, our new province. Enter here at your own (mortal) peril if you’re willing to try out our first iteration of PVP.
Build & craft away. We’ve made multiple changes to the peaceful aspect of the game by adding new recipes, new ingredients and new crafting stations. We’ve also started work on progression balancing. - Ігри

A little bit of criticism though, since this is the crafting video it would've been nice for new viewers if essential parts of the crafting UI were not hidden while you were going trough the different crafting tables. It is an easy oversight though, since we've been looking at the UI for a long time 😄.

@eltarii could you please explain blueprint system, i can't understand anything from Peter... ((
Essentially as you level in a discipline and your skill goes up. You will gain access to higher tier crafting benches. In order to craft a higher tier bench you need to have a blueprint as a component of that bench in the same way you'd need wood for building a wall for example.
The blueprint uses the trade skill you are leveling. So cooks use cooking to make the next tier blueprint.
All crafting stations of higher tiers can make all craftables from lower tiers.

what do you think about combat system in New World?
New World+Pax Dei = MMORPG dream :D
@@user-kg8id I am not fun of New World combat system.Tera Online, BDO (some how), Shadow of War (Elf), Naraka etc. Look what Chrono Odyssey shows. I want to see a skill tree, skill bar full of skills (not only 4 skills), character animations, skill animations, hit feeling even how the character is walkins is important! Combat is so important... I don't want combat like Valheim, Enshrouded, Chivalry 2, etc.

@@user-kg8id Non target action combat like Tera and BDO, may be some target lock elements for rangers.
@@user-kg8id I don't want to "CLICK" to enemy to fight or "CLICK" to the screen to turn the camera position or "CLICK" to lock my target. Some people call this like "classic MMORPG" style. No guys... Classic and "OLD" are not the same concepts.
Did they say anything in the past about if we can master everything? it kinda looked like we can.
lifetime repair should be based on your repair skill?
i would like a npc wife to trade loot in a stall and maybe make npc babies to tend my farm
You technically can master everything though whether you feasibly can is another question entirely. The biggest constraints are your physical time playing/resource gathering.
Repairs currently are not affected by any skill though I feel like that will change in the future!
There will be no NPCs in the world but there will be markets so we will just have to wait and see what they have planned there!

@@eltarii So you can master everything, the only constraints to that are how much time you have to play. That's a shame to hear. I think these developers severely underestimate hardcore gamers. This also presents a big red flag for me considering these are EVE Online developers, and how most of the dedicated EVE Online players pay for several accounts to play simultaneously to stay competitive. Pax Dei looks great and I want the game to be good, but I have huge doubts from everything I am hearing, this might become just another very nieche game for whales and no-lifers.
How are people building so much with very limited clay nodes to farm? There's literally a full player made city. HOW. clay nodes are camped and not that many to choose from.
If you know where to settle you can get access to some real good clumps of clay! (plus they added more nodes too!)
Can you speak faster?
Can you "craft" us a real MMORPG instead of this survival game posing as an MMORPG?
It doesn't have survival mechanics, not a survival game. It's online with thousands of people in the same world, clearly an MMO.
Move on already, it's clearly not for you.
Tier system is overrated. Let's put mobile style with PC game. Nothing new or exciting. Eh I'm good sounds like another run grinder. Just stay with New world pretty much the same.
Can you build castles in new world now?

@@RogueMonk again nothing new about this game it's the same run of the mill mechanics. The world and graphics look really good and easy on the eyes. It's nothing we haven't already seen.
@nathang3161 The only other game similar was Life is Feudal but this one has pve and is not kill on sight full loot pvp all the time.
What other games are like it?
