Krishna Sir you are truly a role model for most of us when we go for such a big decision of life which locks us financially it is very important we should check and double check things . A small fee to lawyer is always beneficial than getting in a tangle of debt

Can a builder ask to pay stamp duty and registration even before construction started? I went to check Raunak 108 project in which they are demanding to pay this.
Yes, builder HAS TO demand stamp duty and registration before asking you to pay more than 10%. Construction may not necessarily have started. However, from your side, going in deeper with stamp duty and disbursal of further amount, without proportionate construction activity, would be unwise and financially risky.
@@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal they are asking to pay approximately 5lakhs before construction has even started . They are saying it is mandatory to pay this amount in 15 to 20 days.

@krishnaraj Rao anorther project in bhandup PRIMO - CR Realty /Bhandup West here too the project is going on since 2015 customers are waiting for possession of their home booked in subvention scheme rera has given an extension yet the builder is fail again again to deliver they have 1bhk an 2bhk unit due to the upcoming development they not selling customers are suffering
She called him to sale the flat and later he convinced her to talk to her legal team 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 hats off to u sir 😂😂

Sir, recently orovia builder has offer 99 flat to mhada Thane Konkan lottery and those who apply from this lottery what will happen to these poor people by seeing these litigation .
