There is a large scale scam for turning potential home buyers into CONTRACTUAL DEBTORS in order to take away their money. Reputed real estate companies are involved in this scam, and it's like an elephant hiding in plain sight! If you are paying large amounts of money in exchange for a mere PROMISE TO DELIVER A HOUSE in the future, then you have been scammed already, because you are actually under contractual obligation to pay money up front for a house which you may or may not actually own in the future.
