Is God & G-d one and the same being? IF so, why do some people type in a hyphen instead of an o? I was told the o is not typed in out of respect. How is it being disrespectful to type in an o but it is being respectful to type in > - < a hyphen. I do not understand this. I hear Satan horse laughing.

I'm a Buddhist but i am also a Christian because of what i have learned from Christians. They taught me many things which i could never have imagined on my own. I am also a believer of the Hindu faith due to the Wise Sage Narada and Lord Vishnu, the God of Preservation. Which helps me to realize that God exists in our every day lives in this earthly realm. Also thanks to the Upanishad which i have learned from Eric Dubay about the beginning of God (you), creation itself, and how we are all pieces of God. Now i am also a Jewish / Rabbi thanks to awesome Rabbi Manis Friedman and his wonderful teachings of life, about god, our purpose here, the resurrection, how you cannot end life after death, life goes on, and more insight to the story of Adam and Eve. Although i cannot agree with everything but am very thankful for his powerful teachings which brings joy and happiness to my life. And if i encounter other religions as well that brings more spiritual wisdom and insight to life, I will also be a believer in that faith like Lord Shiva. Amen and Namo to the Infinite Light, Infinite Life, Light of Joy, Light of Wisdom, and so forth, Tathagatha Amitabha / Amitayus.

Thank you for the time you take to share Rabbi. If I may share my very humble thoughts as a non-jew. First and foremost, we know that jews are His chosen people, and the jews shine light on the nations. For years, I have studied the teachings of Yeshua as a believer, and as many of my brothers and sisters, probably focused pretty heavily on the new covenant. Earlier this year though, I felt such a strong pressing to learn more from the Tanakh. Of course who better to really learn from than a jew who lives that life and have for thousands of years. I have found my way to a few rabbi's, and cannot begin to explain the beauty of seeing The Word so well defined, so much more than before. I know jews disagree about Yeshua, and the new covenant, but that is not my discussion here. I feel strongly that there is a completeness between jew and gentile, and it seems these days it's becoming more apparent. I had heard from a rabbi last night that the new covenant is like a mother, and the old testament is like the father. Some believers are so focused on the new, or mother per se', that the discipline of the father, or old is not as present. I am the last one on this earth to presume I know the Fathers will, and humbly share my opinion, but I feel like we as non jews can really be further fulfilled in our walk with Him, by learning from jews, and the jewish way. I really pray for there to not be hostility between us, but rather the fullness of love in Him. Again, thank you for sharing with us.
I cannot speak for all non-jews, but I am hungry for more. Having a rabbi available to ask questions of is so important. Serving The Father is on my mind from the time I get up, to the time I go to bed. I know I am not a jew, and not trying to be, but want to fully be what He created me to be.

@@mayanlogos92 Really a jew, Rabbi Jason Sorbel. I want to repeat, this is not about argument, I was trying to share my take on when the old and new come together in completion. I don't believe He wastes one second of His time in creation, and I think we all have a lot to learn until we see Him as He is. Just look at Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, gentiles. Anyway, this was submitted in love and with the hope of learning and growing more on my part. Have a blessed day.

I enjoyed your comment! I used to identify as a Christian but knew it wasn't right for me. Since I was 13 I have been interested in Judaism. When I went to a Christian church I never witnessed, never spoke if hell because I have never believed in it and found myself reading the old testament and ignoring the new testament. Long story short I'm 53 now and in the process of converting. He was right about how real converts (in my case it's true anyway) are compelled to convert and he's right about Rabbis trying to discourage me. I couldn't be discouraged. If I lived in a desert island all alive I'd Still have converted. I want to say if more Christians were like you the churches would begin to fill again. 💜😊

Thank you for this. This was incredibly valuable to me, as a Christian. Part of me has always felt “less than” by not being one of G-d’s chosen people by heritage. Before this video, I’ve never heard an explanation that demonstrates an equal but different need for the gentiles. Thank you for taking your time and patience in helping many of us understand our purpose and that we are worthy. Like it was mentioned, I have been praying for G-d to use me in some manner- I’ve been feeling called for years that there is something I am to give to or do for Him in return, though I don’t know what that is. Anyways, I hope more gentiles will be able to see and hear the beauty of the Jewish traditions, teachings and culture- there is so much we can learn and follow by example. Thank you.

The mission is to teach people that we all have access to God!
And it’s true that God has His chosen for specific roles…
But when God promised Abraham descendants as numerous as the stars, the promise included all of humanity.
The problem is that the God of Israel has been divided into many contradicting religions…
And what’s worse is that each religion has boxed God & said: if you dare depart from this box you will lose favor with God…
And as a consequence, some have become intolerant of anything outside of their box…
And when you add the poison pill of politics into the mix, others have become malevolent.
More so these days the God of Israel has been shouting louder than ever…
But those in their designated boxes using headphones can’t hear Him…
And it’s only when we dare lift that lid do we notice the glaring Light…
And everything that’s happening in the world is designed to bring us together, which is all within our control.
Spoiler alert: the great news is that scripture already told us that goodness wins!
God is not seeking perfection, otherwise He would not have granted us freedom of choice…
And everyone has the ability to see that God’s Light has been shining all along.

Rabbi Manis just asked, "Does this sound like something people can relate to?" Here, I am alone, answering, "Yeah!"☺️👍
This teaching does go straight to the heart of the matter. A single "nation of God" and many diverse "nations of the world" can, by meeting through their respective ways of serving God, accomplish in-Spiriting our Earth, making Earth a home for God and all good people.
Thank you both, 😊, and that whether I fully understand your words today or am still working towards that.
I am not Jewish, but have instinctively felt all my life, and thought explicitly as I grew, that God loves the Earth and desires to have a home here.
That is in large part why I turned away from certain "spiritual" teachings that pretend life on Earth doesn't matter. The very word "matter" told the truth. God does desire a home in "the lowest world", as Rabbi Manis has taught.
Why would everyone be alike? It would be like saying a brilliant violinist or sublime ballerina or efficient civil engineer or competent electrician should stop that nonsense, and instead go to work on a cancer cure, or lacking that talent, perhaps become nurses. The good that people can do is inherent in them when they are able to consciously become what God meant them to be, develop as God intended. That is virtue, service. Of course it is all in relating to God and with each other.

I am not a Jew. This was a difficult video for me. At times it did not hit me as something chassid. For example, I got confused over the discussion about Shabbat, but that was cleared up later on in the video. Anyway if someone who is a gentile, like myself, who hears this, I urge you to complete listening to the video if you feel the video might be offensive. It is not offensive. It is helpful. For example, I have long said that I observe Shabbos, but it is not in a Jewish way. Usually, on Shabbos my wife and I are separated. Usually, when the week is over, my muscles and bones are tired. I can't do one more thing so I go to bed and just lay there until I feel good again. For example, if my muscles hurt when I am typing, I stop typing. Strangely if I avoid work on Shabbos, just resting that day often lasts for the whole week. Then, Shabbos comes next week and I rest what hurts, and so on.... This means separating from my wife. My wife is a music teacher, while I am a very stimulating conversationalist. She is an introvert to top it off. Strangely, our separation on Shabbos is my way of making love to her.

We are sparks placed here for a brief moment to accumulate light and warmth (love) so that we can become as bright of a star as we can be...shining in heaven (joy, beauty and harmony).
Good (god) knows every star by name.
We accumulate light and warmth (love) by appreciating this paradise planet lifeboat and the miraculous works of fine art called "life" that inhabit it.
If we extinguish our light and warmth (love) with "greed" and its ignorance (hate)... we become the darkness and emptiness that surrounds the stars.
A very cold, dark, lonely, desolate place to be...for eternity.

The ability to turn the phisical world into something receptive of godliness is a very different talent than the ability to appeal to Gd & get Him to invest Himself into His creation.

"Why" makes me very anxious... It could make some young lady excited I guess... "What" doesn't make me that anxious. "When" is a very nice one which I like. "How" is a good one too. I think I missed one of them. Random that I missed it?? :))

Pozdrav.

Welcome Yashi, so you are the son of Manis! I woke up from a very intimate Jewish dream today. I was in a Jewish house, invited by the man, and his son who was only possibly 3-5 years old, he came up to me, I tried to play with him, because he was showing me a sword in his hand, waving it about with a smile for my pleasure, as soon as I tried to compliment the child in a patronising way for his immaturity or age, he comes up to me, puts his head to my head, and the words withdraw from me before i can utter them, like a cat completely catches my tongue, and he was drawn in to me, i started to try and make excuses about my autism to him, but in reality i didn't know the child's prowess yet, i couldn't even complete the intention to compliment him and he is already in my face, he wasn't waving it about for my pleasure at all, and it's like he's holding the words back from me, almost as if saying, i am not who i think he is, intimately, we communicated in a way beyond words, he pressured me into silence by being up front and in my face, with manners, smiles, intensity, though he wasn't smiling when i tried to compliment him, but he wasn't frowning, he was correcting me. a child, correcting me. I felt that this boy was wise, he knew right from wrong, deep down i considered his childish behaviour as unwise, immature, but when he confronted me i knew, there was a meaning to the sword, the smiles, it wasn't a threat, and it was more of a right he had, that he could silence me if he wanted to, even though he was younger, and that he could wave about the sword in a way that didn't mean it was a threat, but a show of power. I wish I could interpret dreams, this was my emotional interpretation at least. I loved that house I was in, i loved the child, i loved his father. His father had no maliciousness towards me, he knew who i was, he knew I was different to him, a gentile, yet he invited me into his house, sat with me, pleasantly, and he didn't try to control the child when he wanted to play with me, and the child was no ordinary one, he prevented me, as if knowing what i was saying just from my face, or tone of voice, that i was treating him like he's extremely young, maybe he's a lot older than me, but the form was of a child. Also I watched this video after the "risk your life" video and many of the things i wrote i found said in this video, i even said "piece" and "peace" was talked about in this video, DIVINE providence! I just love that I can put a word to this 'there's nothing random' finally, i honestly lack a bit of holy vocab. Anyway just thought i'd welcome you and share my dream, really strange right? I swear I spoke nothing but the truth of my dream, may a scorpion bite me if I lied, I fear telling dreams that are a lie.

Thank You, teaching profession is more than many people think. Even though the teachers are the engine of knowledge in school, the art of teaching that is teaches installed into student's mind is very important to produce good students who are living with rational thought throughout in human history.

Just a view--To others you are what you seem to do or contribute. To yourself you know your achievable self expectations and how much you have resolved. Truth of what you actually are is measured in the difference of your actions as a human being to the urges of your conscience within. Every living being has a differently unique measure of capabilities / limitations and self control. Live your own truth for happiness. That is the perceived " heaven" and " hell" in any life. Every individual by choice of action brings happiness or unhappiness to the self when actions are not aligned to one's " born and brought up" conscience.

The Tower of Babel. Humanity turned from GOD. GOD being a gentleman gave Humanity what they wanted. To be ruled by lesser principalities. And took for himself ONE 95 year old man and his barren wife. Led them out of Haran and promised to make them a great nation. So that the rest of Humanity would turn back to GOD, repent and embrace the heritage meant for us all. That was promised from the beginning.
