This is an excellent film. Just saw it two days ago and must say it is extraordinary. You can tell when you watch the shorts on this that the cast had a blast making the film and when you see that you know it's good. Reminds me of my father who fought in WW2 and wasn't supposed to.
This is AMAZING! The story was only recently declassified. Literally the first real life Mission: Impossible, they would have been disavowed if caught. History is crazy
Not my usual kind of film, but this was great. I hadn't realised it was based on true events - it was quite moving at the end of the film to see photo's of the real people (hero's) that the characters were based on.
The best stories are always loosely based on reality. Real life hero's are much more worthy of having their stories told, I don't even mind a bit of artistic licence.
