Man, this was a great review, and it didn’t take forever. I just bought one. I do agree with everybody else, though. Wear some eye protection and long pants👍🏾.
I appreciate the way u explained it , was very clear and in detail, so far the best video about this echo which i had so many questions and you almost answered them all. I keep watching your videos. Tks buddy
@@andrewsvlogs9110 i definitely will. I just started to cut few of my rentals and i can use any experience and advise, I cut every two weeks and i got a gravely, i just bought it and a pushing honda , but i just ordered me a 28 inch worldlawn with Honda engine and i am hoping i made the right decision, it suppose to come from somewhere in Tennessee, i appreciate your videos and if you have a worldlawn 28inches or 32 i appreciate doing a video on that. Tks buddy and you have a great rest of the week.
I just bought one the other day, the line that comes with it is the Echo string Cross Fire 0.95. I recently bought the Black Diamond 0.95. It does give a better cut, the PAS-225 is a great weed eater so far in my opinion. I know a lot of people say Stihl is the best, but this does give those weed eaters a run for it's money. For it to be a 21.2CC engine. it does a great job.
I'll be returning another Husqvarna to Lowes. The first fouled a plug after 1 use and the second wouldn't idle. For this Echo engine size, it sounds like it packs a punch. I'm use to the easy wind heads, so I'm glad it already come with one. Thanks for video, I'll for sure make this a strong candidate.
Thad Abrams thank you! I’m sure you’ll be quite pleased if you decide to go the echo way! If you have any questions, comments or concerns be sure to drop them here!
Just used this weed eater on 3 to 4 feet of brush and grass. I highly recommend it very powerful and made my weekend warrior job a breeze used it for about 1 1/2 with about 3 five minutes breaks and it started in the first pull every time 👍
Update: works great! Love it so far had a jungle backyard, took it out with no problems👌🏼 I was actually really suprised how easy it was to load the string, and if weeds ever got around the weed eater, I'd just give it some gas, and thatd all fly off!😱 it was great! Definitely makes you feel manly using one of these💪🏼
I plan on getting this trimmer, but the one with the pro series attachments. I'm replacing my Hyper Tough trimmer that fell off of the wall. I got that thing on sale for 60 bucks a couple years ago and it was a great trimmer. The only thing wrong with it was that it fell off of the wall. It was no fault of the trimmer, only the dumb owner. 🥴😑
Taking cost out of the equation would you have preferred the 2620 version? I just discovered this model today at a big box store but wondered if the extra power on the 2620 model would be better for attachments. Just curious. This is is a nice clear video. Thank you.
Normal trimming, even thick tall grass, the 225 does great! Edging, it does a great job too, some thick stuff it has a small bit of bog but that’s expected. The 2620 would be a nice upgrade, but just not practical for me right now
That is what I have. My head needs replacement and I'm looking for a video that shows how to do it. Believe it or not, I am running into problems and can't find a youtube video showing this procedure. For someone who worked in broadcasting, may I suggest that you make sure your audio is a bit louder!
Great video and and Big thumbs up!! Could not see if you were wearing goggles or not!!! If NOT, please consider some goggles, that spool is traveling pretty fast, and any piece of rock, or debris will find itself right into an eye.... Cheap solutions, "Do not operate without eye protections... Thank you for posting. Will be picking one of these up this week... Cheers.
If you know anything about small engines, you can mix yourself, or buy pre mix. Most of this information is on the box when you buy it. Just takes a bit of reading
I dont understand these comments, with just one person saying to wear protective should be enough, I dont think he needs to be lectured by everyone posting a comment
Nice review I sure hope you don’t have reaction to the poison ivy you ran your hand through and blasted apart on fence young man wear some safety glasses but good job
I can't believe that you did not use eye protection! A young guy like you should not lose eyesight over such an easy protection of simply putting on an inexpensive pair of safety glasses.
TJ Lawn Service “us mountain fellas ain’t scared of no loud noises” lol I’m just playing. But I do wear glasses and listen to music while I’m serving someone’s lawn, so that does count!!
Great job of explaining the basics operations of the PAS-235SB.

Man you did awesome on this video. Truly covered every one of my questions I had after my purchase!
Brother you are great compare to others demonstrating how the echo work you did a excellent job

Great review!
Great machine and setup.

Thanks For That Review Just Bought Pas-225 Today with Edger & Hedge Trimmer Attachment 👍👍
Nice review, just what I needed to know.
Dude that’s all str8 poison oak & ivy good stuff that you survived
Please use eye protection. Especially in closed spaces like that where things can bounce and ricochet. Great video! Stay safe!

This was an awesome tutorial. Thank you!
I appreciate all the info in video. Since video was made how has trimmer held up?
Safety Glasses? I have crap hit mine all the time and glad I have them on. Usually impact rated Oakleys.
What is the difference between the
SRM 225 AND THE SB225 , AND THE COST DIFFERENCE
excellent review, yet the best
Great video- any suggestions for a harness? Thanks!

Great review bro
My Echo pass 225 is only 2 months old already in shop. Only has 20hrs. It won't start. And I use the 50:1 mix
Fixed yet? What was the issue
Well done video!!
vinnyg101 thank you!! I appreciate it!!

What’s the 17” advertised for these ? Trying to find out why these are more expensive than the 225vp with attachments for $199 same engine size
Very nice review
Going up against a sonic cup too, lol
Do you know what the sb stands for?
How do you stop the bump feed from feeding so much?
My wire went back into how do I get it back out
When you let go of the trigger does your string stop really fast or slowly slow down?
Mine stop fast.
Slows down
Can you remove the guard?
All I can say, is…….
I was the 591 person who like this video
He didn't cover all the basics, like what kind of fuel, the ready mix or etc
If you know anything about small engines, you can mix yourself, or buy pre mix. Most of this information is on the box when you buy it. Just takes a bit of reading
What's that hose that's hanging with white cap for ??
It's the fuel tank vent...most have the vent in the cap but gas ends up coming out..this way it doesn't...
The question is: Did he pick up the styrocup, or not?
Lisa P story time: the neighbor and me ended up getting into a verbal altercation because he keeps throwing small pieces of garbage over my fence
That poison ivy on your fence!!!!
Neighbors problem, he has since resolved.
Nice thank !

good'uns don't need no eye/ear protection...it makes for hair to grow on your chest
Right!!
Safety last
He needs to demonstrate how to wear your safety glasses.

you should wear eye and ear protection sir

@@andrewsvlogs9110 exactly.
You doing it right, it was for us and we appreciate the way was explained.
Nice job, but you did alot of dangerous stuff, trimming in shorts not good, trimming above your waist not good.
Ya do what ya gotta do
