I never would have thought to put a thin product like that over my sunscreen. I’m glad you mentioned about your skincare and that you already had applied your sunscreen. I feel like a lot of times people use products like this without sunscreen and that doesn’t help me know how a product will perform for me, because I wear sunscreen every single day.
This primer will be my go to for the summer here. And today I've been out walking in 85 weather. After 6 hours my makeup still looks amazing.

Bought this at your recommendation because I 1000% trust your recs and WOW, you did it again!👏
My only gripe is the packaging that makes it awkward to dispense BUT I happened to have an empty dropper bottle that I saved to repurpose and it works great. I use the dropper on the forehead, each cheek and chin area. Hopefully they will eventually change the packaging but this is a beautiful product!

I get about half and half drugstore and mid range/high end...but I'm with you on hating when people stick their fingers in things. I wish more companies would put seals of some kind on products so we can see if they've been opened or not. Considering they've found stuff like e coli in makeup testers, it really is a safety thing!
I tried the Elf Putty Primer and at first I was not impressed, but it worked better for me when I put on more than you're supposed to (I'm in my 40s and have combination oily skin, YMMV.)
My skin is really dry and I live in Palm Springs…desert.. Your makeup looks great as usual, but I have to use oily stuff if I don’t want to be a prune.😊

Hi Anne, I’ve never tried either of those primers and can’t say that I’ve seen them in stores near me, I just purchased the It Cosmetics CC cream foundation and there bye bye pores concealer, plus the It Cosmetics Confidence in a cream moisturiser and a couple of there brushes, I have no idea 🤷🏼♀️ if I’ll like them or hate them Lol 😂, I’m late to the party with this CC cream foundation, we’ll see how it works for me. I hope they work for $333 AUD Lol 😝, I also purchased a couple of Ole Henriksen banana eye brightening products, I don’t hold much hope for those but I used to purchase that brand of Some skincare products a long time ago before I got into medical grade skincare, I only want it to hydrate my under eyes during our winter months coming up and mostly under my makeup. I wish you would try Nikkia Joy’s primer and powder products for your slightly oily skin, I find it really does work and I don’t even have oily skin, I can wear her primer and a touch of powder with a little blush on my cheeks and eyes and lipstick 💄 and I’m out the door. I'm wondering if you think it would work on the eyelids too. I have a bit of discoloration under my eyes, but a ton on my lids. I've never gotten good at eye shadow so I'm hoping to be able to use this alone. What do you think?
That's a product you'll want a backup of because you won't want to go without it. I don't know if you can use it on your lids. I would contact Colleen Rothschild. She's great about replying on Instagram. I know there's some eyecreams that can't be used on the lids. Not sure if this is one of them.

Thank you for the review, do you think this foundation is good for dry, mature skin with fine lines & pores? I feel so frustrated over trying soooo many foundations that don't work, and show/settle into my wrinkles! Can you please recommend any please🙏🥰
I don't think this would work on dry skin. A few of my favorites for dry skin-IT cosmetics your skin but better, Stila Hide and Chic, Anastasia luminous, Laura Mercier flawless lumiere, Giorgio Armani glow.

I was a beauty consultant at Walgreen’s for years. Fingers in products make me so mad!!!!
They even opened up nail polish would try it. When I told them not to, they would get mad. They felt entitled!!
