    Surely soapy water cant be good for the inside of those knobs deep inside the water will still be in there .Water should never be used on electronic ever.

      I've been washing logic boards and electronic components for 30 years and never had an issue. So have thousands of other people. Soap and water is a whole lot cheaper and safer than solvents. Solvent cleaning does have its place, but washing with soap and water is perfectly fine if the components are rinsed and dried thoroughly.

    26:30 - Thermal compound needs to be on both sides of the mica sheets. If only on one side, heat will not be transferred properly and the transistors can be damaged.
