The way Spurs conceded in this game, despite the good win,.. was an indicator of Spurs exciting quality going forward but leakiness at the back... Jurgen's famous 'diving' debut for us. 😊👍🏻

Excellent piece of vintage footage - especially as I don’t believe this game was ever screened live on national Telly.
I lived just up the road in Barnsley at the time and used to drink with an Owls fan. He was a big hefty lad and tried to get on the pitch when Klinsmann scored. 😆

It's a funny thing...Klinsmann German, I was British and now we are the same 'nationality ' American!
Ian Walker was an arguably better goalkeeper than his dad Mike,who played for Colchester United and managed Everton.
