- I love using the Touch of Magic tool in Disney Dreamlight Valley and today I wanted to share my 5 most requested rug tutorials. We have a boardwalk that I use on my beach, water that I use for an infinity pool and ponds, grass that I use in my sun room, a candy rug in my Hansel and Gretel themed house, and a road for all the villagers. You’re brilliant! I have such a hard time doing rugs. Anything I design that looks halfway decent is purely accidental. I played Pitfall Harry through once many years ago. DV is the second game I’ve played. My daughter insisted I try it. I have vertigo and an objection to gratuitous violence so I find DV much more manageable. Thank you for your video. I think it will help me.

Love the final look of these. Even started doing some Touch of Magic designs myself. Then I realized I couldn't take dreamsnaps! It's a no-win situation--eirher dreamsnaps or totally custom worlds, but not both.
Now that we can turn off ToM in dreamsnaps after the Mulan update, I am coming back to this video for the roadway rug. :)
How do you make so many rugs though? My touch of magic area has limited me to a certain amount of created items.
Is there a way to put down paths fast ?
How do you make the duplicate rugs? How do you copy pattern?

Do you have any tips for a brick road rug? I can't seem to get them to line up properly.
Are you trying to line up the short side or the longer side? I have a blue brick road that lines up pretty well that I can look at to try and give some tips for.

Everyone is talking about the designs. Ofc they’re absolutely stunning but i’m wondering (which is the dumbest thing i’m ever going to ask is )HOW ARE YOU WALKING?! I literally only run what buttons do I press to walk 😂😭
You have to do it on a console with a controller. Unfortunately with Keyboard you can’t walk slowly.
