Flourishing can be done only by brush pens or it can be done by calligraphy pen too
It can be done by any pen and on any script

Thank you so much.☺️ Here i have explained doing brush Calligraphy. It depends on which calligraphy basics you have learnt and then you can apply it to that for eg, Copperplate Calligraphy, Spencerian etc.
