I love that LL breaks down art into math and geometry. I try to pretend that artists don't need no stinkin' math, but it always comes back to those basic mathematical principles like ratio, proportion, patterns, etc.... lol... I'm signing up for their flourishing course, for sure!!!!

I would love to know how to do longer hairlines without getting a shaky one. Most times I get over the angle of my wrist and need to replace the writing Hand so when I am in the "end of the possible wrist or hand movement" I get shaky. Do you move your whole arm when there are lines that you can't write by the possible angle of your Hand/wrist?
Great question! Yes, you can definitely use whole-arm movement if it's easier for certain shapes. Lock your wrist and move your arm instead of just your fingers. It can create smoother lines, but might feel less controlled until you practice a lot. Best of luck! :) -Jordan

Good question! The 90 degree angle allows your eye to more clearly see the path of the line.
