What’s In My Favorite Camera Case - Pelican 1510

My camera case, the Pelican 1510, makes the odd appearance in my videos. After being asked more than a few times to show what's in it, I put this quick video together to showcase exactly how efficient this case can be. I have owned this case for more than a decade, and it has held up under some very tough conditions. Not only does it hold just about everything I need, but it is perfectly sized to fit neatly in an overhead bin when I travel for photography. These cases and the organizers are pretty expensive, but you only ever have to buy them once. Take a peek inside my camera case!

Is the RF 70-200 2.8 too tall to stand up and not hit the lid organizer?

If you took the lens hood off it might be fine, honestly haven't tried it. I've had bad experiences storing telephoto lenses that way so I keep them flat.

Any reason you went with this instead of padded internals?

I’ve used the padded internals for years before this and they work well, but they wear out pretty significantly.

Honestly it’s been so long I can’t remember, I’ve had it for 13 years. You can buy direct from Pelican or through Adorama (which is where I get most of my gear)
