@J G You seem to think that Soccer is more important than Anything. Is this right? It certainly is better than Tennis or Golf, but then tiddlywinks is a better game than tennis or golf. Soccer to me is a great way to perfect a certain skill set as far as coordination is concerned. But is it as exciting as Aussie Rules or Rugby League? Not in my book. A draw happens in soccer more often than not and if it isn't a draw it's a 3-1 or 3-0 and the game is boring. I have played all of the major sports as part of high school and Soccer was always the one that I had to travel the furthest to play, never had any support from anyone and often could only get a ride there and had to walk or hitch hike home. There are lots of stories I could share but I had fun and loved it despite having to overcome obstacles. Cricket and football were mainstream so there was almost always a lift. I remember walking a few times from Cricket as I could only get a lift there. That was rare. Soccer is just a very well paid sport for not much really.
