This type of garage is much needed in SIKKIM also
I have been looking to get fix my rear suspension as well thank u so much bro now I known that changing the bush is also fine I hope
Woww beautiful explaination by suhaib ji❤
Long awaited content finally came up 😊 thank u bro... please update ASAP regarding 40 T sprocket i really want to know about that.
Whatta video!! Waiting for more zoheb bhaiya content!
😅 if suspension bush is damaged, raise a complaint in authorised service centre they will change the entire rear suspension in my case they did the same❤
After a sriman voice your voice is soothing
A very informative video, the mechanic explained everything very calmly and precisely, great. I come from Germany and drive a Scram with 16 teeth at the front and original at the rear. is that ok too? Why does the exhaust valve have a gap of 0.23 mm? Isn't that too much? I've never had a motorcycle with such a gap? can you drive it with 0.20 mm without risk?
Zoheb bhai's explanation is just buttery smooth as always ❤
Ikr? 😁
Got the AOM Handlebar after watching your videos.. Man the feel of it.. should have got it as much earlier Thanks for that. Since my Himalayan is BS4, I do observe much vibrations to my hands from 60kmph-80kmph below that speeds and after that it smoothens out does it happen to you as well?
❤
Very Informative
Glad it was helpful!
Ever replaced sprocket cushion damper?
Is ROLON chain sprocket good or should go with stock one?
Seems like that pondicherry side is a attracting lot of bike crashes. Cause I too had crashed and lost my two foot.
How much time it will take to complete this entire service bro
Hello brother, could you please share your first impression on the new Himalayan 450 ?
I have the Powerrage exhaust and BMC air filter installed on my BS6. It's almost the same setup as yours. Without any adjustment to the fuelling via FuelX or similar solutions, I've noticed significant loss in low end torque and the bike tends to stall easily when under 2k rpm. Do you face similar issues?
Are you using riser for Aom handlebar?
Where can one find a bush?
Honda highness cone set available here??
Bro how much kilometres run your himalayan
I had purchased a cone set from art of motorcycle page now it's been damaged. The cone set I had been received was also changed from an authorised showroom. I didn't go for any off-road ride or something like that,nd the km I ran my bike till now is also under 4000km,nd still I don't know y thz had happened..Kindly note that I just messaged you to inform about thz issue
Probably wrong adjustment
tucking in waterproof grease to the bearing is crucial for it’s life while installing.
Also, failing to adjust precisely can be another reason.
Timken bearings are equally good and you can get them for ₹400/ piece in market. Try them
Greasing is must
After every detail point of knowing about himalayan. I m selling my himalayan 🙏
Which is the silencer u are using?
8:30 Bro next time buy NGK CR8EIX, more resistant to heat being a colder plug.
❤ Spiltrez + Nora + Manoj ❤ When's Ladakh, bro?
Highly awaited😍
Can you tell whats your mileage drop after installing exhaust, considering to install powerrage exhaust without custom filter.
In my personal experience, after installing powerrage and BMC air filter on my BS6, the bike becomes sluggish and stalls easily in the lower RPMs. It's because the bike is running very lean which is not good for my engine in the long run. There's no significant drop in mileage as far as I have seen.
make a vid bout ur thoughts on 450..😄
Surely, once I get my hands on the bike :)
Hi Spiltrez. Can you please tell how much did this service cost you at AOM??
It’s a collaboration for him so nothing. It’s expensive. Around 7000 for detailed service and my Himalayan required clutch plate change and suspension, brake work along with wheel balancing etc at 14000 km for Rs.15800. Would say get hold of the RE service head in your city and let him know if you’re dropping the bike off for service
Yes, the yearly full service starts at ~6k. But the cost soon piles up. For example, a friend got the yearly service for his BS6 that had done around 18000 kms. He got his clutch plates replaced, cone set fixed, front/rear brake pads replaced, front disk replaced, and other minor things. It cost him roughly 21k 😅. But the bike is running quite well
Brother, Do we need to book for service at AOM?
Just call them prior to going.
@@SpilTrez Thanks bro...
