cool vid, I’m moving to Glen Eden next month, not quite southgate but pretty close. Only single family homes less than $1m these days

@Kevin W That's great - and Glen Eden/Southgate are pretty much the same. Most of it is zoned for Southgate Elementary if you have children in elementary. Even in the past 90 days, single family homes in that area (3 beds, 2 baths 1200 or less square feet) are selling for around $825,000ish. Send me an email or a text if you need help with the search.

Another con for Hayward in general is that too many drug dealing activities occur every where!
