But while I never watched a live Late night show I have watched quiet some shorts and interviews on yt and Craig and Conan are by far my favourite and they both are just so good at interviewing. And just speaking in general they can make everything and every conversation funny as hell not matter what you know about the persons as long as they are willing to talk they can make pure gold comedy wise. And they did and do it all the time, speaking about nonsense for complete segments/interviews with people no one knows yet it still so much better than all other late night shows combined. Like after quite some on yt the only one I find bearable beside Craig and Conan is Graham Nortons. (But you enjoy what you like and I'm not really into celebrities or gossip neither did I grow up with Late Night Shows or even really watching tv as a kid.) But still I think objectively they are just better XD, as in in improv and originally rather than Ellen, Fallon, Kimmel,... who are playing it so save and boring. And people like Letterman (Which I think I like) are just no longer of this time or for this generation mostly. I mean I liked Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis but I don't think that can classify as a late night show, no matter how you turn it. XD Any way Conan and Craig are too damn funny and they seem to be able to make anything funny with their quick wits and excellent staff. Have a good day.

If you watch the Q&A that Conan and Jordan did after their Italy trip, you get to see his real personality, and it's pretty much the same. Most of the interns are film students or aspiring actors/comediennes trying to break into the business. Mindy Khaling, one of the actors from the office and Ellie Kemper were interns. Same with his writing staff. Amy Poehler was on his writing staff before making it onto SNL
Conan is so genuine and humane with everyone around him !! That’s why he is so good , it’s not FORCED FOR TV ! It’s his natural genuine personality and Interest in people ! He's been around for years with normal folks not just celebs he got lucky for getting the job doing Late Night then Tonight Show. Before Late Night he was working at SNL as a write before that The Simpson the man is incredibly a genius, well-liked, and easy going with every other people including celebrities. Just watch his past SNL work he wrote for SNL, The Simpsons, and his farewell speech to see the heartwarming feelings he gives to people. I'm pretty sure Conan O'Brien is a well likable man outside of the show. I mean he even gave Andy Richter his job after he decided acting wasn't he's thing. He also respected Andy because Conan needs Andy since they probably consider themselves as work friends just not best-friend.
I read somewhere that Conan admires John Candy so much. When Conan met him, he was exactly as Conan hoped he would be. So Conan aspired to be that kind of person too, which he obviously did.

I'm pretty sure Conan O'Brien is a well likable man outside of the show. I mean he even gave Andy Richter his job after he decided acting wasn't he's thing. He also respected Andy because Conan needs Andy since they probably consider themselves as work friends just not best-friend.
He is also very witty and able to make people laugh because of it

I read somewhere that Conan admires John Candy so much. When Conan met him, he was exactly as Conan hoped he would be. So Conan aspired to be that kind of person too, which he obviously did.
