Yep, as a "gamer" myself I didn't like Conan at first. I thought he was just an average boring late night host and basically just a normie. Boy was I wrong, can't stop watching him now lol.
Conan is such a decent guy, he shows here why he does so many different remotes, from video games, to travel pieces to this. Most people don’t know he paid his *entire* staff out of his own pocket for about a year and a half when NBC decided to pull the rug out from him, always saying it was bc they were essential to him and how his show was run. That’s true class. He may joke about not being a “real” man, but idk how much more real a man you can be than Conan. He shows that he has real respect for everyone he does bits with and while on-screen he’s doing his act, off-screen he’s very humble. Conan is hands-down the best late night comedian, and he might be the best comedian period, watch his White House speech before you think otherwise. Good on you Conan, hope you stick around for a while.

I think some of his best humor comes from his wit rather than acting like a fool. I loved the "Jared from Subway" line just for the fact that it pretty handily debunked what she was saying _and_ was funny at the same time.
Size is relative...He is 6' 4" and that is tall among the general public....In the NBA,he would be considered on the shorter side!...My two best friends in high school, both grew up to be that size, and young women would chase them....at 5'8" I was jealous, and stopped hanging with them....I had to work on my own, to get a shot at women....It is called Natural Selection, and is deeply ingrained into the subconscious minds of women.

I've watched so many Conan remotes I'm starting to recognize the staff. There's Sona, Diana from the student driver remote, Meghan the photographer, etc.
I love that Conan does all these things that would make most people so uncomfortable, but hes fine with it and it looks like the people watching are actually more uncomfortable than him.
That’s because Conan actually cares about the people that work for him outside of the work they do. From paying them during the writers strike, from helping move them to LA for The Tonight Show, the emotional send offs he gave to long time staff like Andy, Stack, McCann, the band etc. There’s not one person in show biz that has a single negative thing to say about Conan

Normally on a show, even during the interviews, everything is rehearsed, scripted (by other writers), and almost completely planned. You might think you're getting Conan, but you're just getting pre-planned bits and pre-planned interview stories with planned reactions. A normal show is Conan just reading a script. The simple rule is, if he's not wearing a suit, then it's mostly Conan you're getting.

Normally on a show, even during the interviews, everything is rehearsed, scripted (by other writers), and almost completely planned. You might think you're getting Conan, but you're just getting pre-planned bits and pre-planned interview stories with planned reactions. A normal show is Conan just reading a script. The simple rule is, if he's not wearing a suit, then it's mostly Conan you're getting.
