Adding a Skirt to an Old Top to Create a New Dress

In this video I am taking something old and making it new again. I address the paint stains and add a skirt to an old shirt to create a dress for me to wear.

I think it would be fun to make a wide sash in the skirt fabric to go around the waist with enough length to make a pretty bow ❤ Fun and cute! 😍
