it's not change even if you install old version while installing select gnome enviroment ... you can get that taskbar in gnome enviroment
that's just gnome desktop Environment . you can change it easily with command line or the login manager . kali uses KDE with a custom script for layout which I've applied to my fedora KDE . its quite simple to make TBH .

Before I install linux my pc run with windows 11 os after installing linux on my machine my windows partition are not showing its erased or formatted files.
i don't overwrite any kind of data after installing linux into new fresh linux kali os i try just one recovery inbuilt tool test disk this works but my needed data not visible
He got some windows files but not specific file or drive data.
My request please suggest how i trying new methods tools to get back data can any data recovery how to get back It is possible ...?
Check the boot manager. Here you might see the windows 11 boot option

Recuva is for windows only. So you first install windows then use recuva to recover the photo videos files etc

For info, ubuntu and kali are flavour of debian linux kernel, so they have to be similar. You can observe that terminal commands are the same but they differ from redhat and fedora flavour of linux.
