I can download, but there is no audio in the video. I believe the audio is recorded because I can hear the sound when open playback from hikvision mobile application.
Do you have any suggestions?

I can't even get my software registered as it will not send me access codes to register

No, i didnt! I usw Internet Explorer 11 and use the Web Interface! The mi log in as Admin. So it works!
