I love this episode.
Wonderful interview session. And very educative.
I came across this video in my research about moving to Botswana as an expat, with my wife, and I'll love to know more.
Plus, I'll appreciate every help available, and/or direct contact or mail.
I'm a Nigerian, and in Nigeria.
Thank you.

- Is small business concerned as investment

- the living standards and something U think we should know.
Thank you!
I am from Botswana, and I was so engaged in this interview that I believe conducting more interviews like this would be beneficial.
Thanks! I will surely do that. Happy hearing from you

When she talked about the fried chicken and rice on fridays i dropped😂😂 ( she's not lying about it , it's bussing and you can't replicate the dish)
@@ogloc197 fried rice and chicken family 😄
Great
Great, I really enjoyed the discourse.
Thanks, Boss!
How you are you?
@@loratotv4960 Really doing well boss

Educative Lerato

A single science student and now a lawyer. This lady should have seminars across the senior schools and do motivations. I say that because back at school I used to see single science students lose hope when in that stream.
Gakere? We will bring her back to the show 😂
I want to come to Botswana
Please make more video interviews. Some with families with children currently in school too.
I will do that soon. Thanks for giving me some video Ideas 💡
Peace and joy!
Thank you for your suggestion! Including interviews with families with school-age children is a great idea to offer diverse perspectives. I'll definitely take that into consideration for future content. Your input is valuable in shaping the direction of the videos, and I appreciate your support.
Sexy lawyer ! Very special accent !
Her accent doesn't sound like a Ghanaian. I suppose she's been in Botswana for many years
Really? Hah😂 she is a Ghanaian ooo
I agree, she rolls her R's like Southern Africans do.
After all she left Ghana as a child.
This lady sounds very much like a southern African, the way she even says motswana is very evident.
Great video, very informative. Someone told me that a foreigner who buys land in Botswana has to pay 30% extra, is this true?
Not actually sure of that. I will find out. Thanks for your commendation. Peace and joy!
@@loratotv4960 thank you, I think this tax is called “transfer duty on the acquisition of immovable property”, I think it may be 10% now as I just Googled it, but it was 30% before and that was off putting for me to invest.
Dumelang ma.
Please i saw on the internet that you have to live in Botswana on a residence permit for 5 years before foreigners get permanent residency.
But you said 2 years to get citizenship how?
Kindly find out for me please thanks.
In Botswana, you generally need to reside in the country for at least 10 years before you can apply for citizenship through naturalization. This period includes a minimum of 5 years of continuous residence immediately before the application. Additionally, you must meet other requirements such as demonstrating knowledge of the Setswana language and culture and proving that you are of good character.
I know of that... but I will find out from the lawyer. I forwarded your concern to her. Thanks!
@@loratotv4960thanks for your reply. When you say knowledge of sestwana language do you mean i must know how to speak read and write or there is a language exam i must write?
@@prospereveryday2255 Yes, in the past, it was 10 years. I went through that long 10 years wait. It was then reduced to 5, then 2 years. However, you must be a resident residing in Botswana at the time of application, and the application forms have full details of the requirements.
For further information and clarification, they can contact me for a full comprehensive consultation.
Even the locals are supposed to pay P5.00 at the clinic
Okay! Thanks for the insight
I have never paid P5 and have never been asked to pay that.
Whether u pay or not, u cannot be denied treatment like at yr country
I think single science is phased out😂
😅
Haven't the Nigerians flooded your country?
How?
@@loratotv4960 They look at where living standards of living are good and they migrate in droves there usually with their negative tendencies. That's what I mean
@@aureliusmarkus9139You're very correct.
But many Nigerians won't like your truth comments, because they hate truth.
I'm a Nigerian and I agree 💯 percent with you.
We Nigerians cannot make Nigeria to be a good living country for we Nigerians.
Because we're so Corrupt and wicked people, I mean very very wicked and Corrupt people.
Corruption is allover the world 🌎🌍.
But in Nigeria is not just about Corruption alone.
We had Kidnappers, Armed Robbers, Boko Haram, Herdsmen, Gun men, Ritualist etc.
It's very sad for my country.
What has this got to do with nigerians?
@@aureliusmarkus9139hahahaha shame on you.
