ACL´s are the worst types of injuries. It can take players years to recover their old form, if they ever do. Certainly great to see him get it back.

Only one i would disagree with is Radamel Falcao, he was injured while playing in Monaco and then went on loan to Man U and expected to perform same thing happened when he went to Chelsea but i don't think he was fully fit in either of those loans. When in shape he is world class look at him with Porto, Atletico and Monaco this year. IMO as always.

Santi Cazorla is consistently excellent pardon you, but also consistently injured so... not too great to a situation for him.
Theo Walcott so inconsistent in debut season in 2006_07 he scored 3 goals the next season he scored 6 Goals and next season he scored 6 goals and in Year of World cup 2010 he scored 6 Goals but still wasn't in England side in next season he scored 13 and scored 15 goals in 2011_12 season but his best season was 2012_13 where he scored 21 goals but next season thanks to injuries didn't play much but still scored 6 goals and next season he scored nine goals and in 2015_16 he scored Nine goals but this season he scored 16 goals.
Walcott one is harsh. He's a striker and has never had the chance to play there. When he did, he scored 23+ in a season there. This season he's been played out of position on the wing again and is only a few goals behind Sanchez who's a striker. It's hard to judge him when he's mostly been wasted for his career in the wrong position.

Falcao has never been inconsistent. Everyone knows how brilliant he was before his injury and when he came back people expected him to perform just like that at the EPL despite the fact he was recovering and you can tell he was scared to get injured again. Now at Monaco you can see his predatory instinct back. I'll admit he was pretty shite at Man U and Chelsea but he has never been inconsistent.

David Luiz, is a phenomenal player. He has been in trophy winning teams for club and country, and not by accident.

Balotelli's spell at Milan was far from unhappy, he dragged them from midtable to third in his first six months averaging almos a goal a game. His first full season didn't go as well, "only" managing one every two games but that Berlusconi's fault for a) vetoing Allegri's 4-3-3 and b) sacking Allegri and bringing in Seedorf.
This is a great example of the Premier League not being for every player
What happened to Lavezzi he was in fire at Napoli he was unplayable but he went to PSG and he far from same player

Hatem Ben Afra was great with Marseille and he scored on his debut against Everton but got injured by in that game but next season after 6 Goals in PL and one best solo goals in PL ever it looked rosy but after 5 goals in PL he had mixed season in 2013_14 despite 5 goals in PL but went to Hull were he was shocking then he starred at Nice but not seen a lot of him at PSG.

Radamel Falcao consistent in Europe but in England very inconsistent to say the least
he's the most frustrating to play against because you never know which will show up
Baoltelli had mixed debut season in 2010_11 despite 8 Goals in PL he had problem with tackling but next season after 13 goals in PL and assist which lead to Augero title winning goal it looked good but last season with Man City was full of fights and left in January for AC Milan were he was scoring left right and centre and Liverpool he scored 6 Goals and left but he doing great in Nice this season now he needs to stay there.

Falcao shouldn't be on this list. Since his Porto days, he was consistently one of the best strikers in the world up to that horrible ACL injury. He changed his game completely to be competitive again, and this year he scored 30 goals for Monaco. If anything, it's admirable.
Yaya You're harsh as he scored 7 in his debut season and scored winning in FA Cup Final and next season he scored 7 in PL again as Man City won League on last day and despite being inconsistent in 2012_13 he managed 7 goals in PL but next season he was a monster as scored 20 goals as Man City won League but next season he did scored 10 goals and in 2016_17 he scored 9 goals and after being frozen out until November he played all games since scoring two goals against Palace and probably leave in summer
Toure is old and you can't expect him to play at top level at such an old age. At his age, many midfielders were/are playing at China or USA.
David Luis was just a ok player at psg when you have Thiago Silvia. He can bring anyone up a never level

I don't think Yaya Toure should be on this list, his "laziness" and "inconsistency" has been overhyped by the media in the past few seasons. From 2010-2015 he was one of the best midfielders in the world, that sounds like consistency to me. Having a few bad games a season doesn't mean you're inconsistent, that's natural for any player.
Toure isn't inconsistent, he had a spell towards the end of last season and the beginning of this season where he looked to be on the decline, however he has bounced back dramatically, not inconsistency more bouncing back
