wow that is a lot to take in. How do spanish speakers usually know the difference. For example i seen this video and this guy was naming food in spanish. He said “flan” and the person who was asking him kept saying “que, que, que” so he got mad and said “que flan wey” so i don’t know if he was saying it as like. “what? flan!” or if he was saying flan but putting the que in the beginning so show a act of urgency like the example you gave for number 5. Or if he was trying to like “que flan” like what a flan, like the example you gave in number 2. gracias amiga💕
I know it’s a lot.
As for your question, that case is very similar to my first example for number 5 (as you said). So, the guy was getting tired of repeating “flan”, and then he says “que flan” in this context “que” is replacing a whole sentence, like “I said it’s called ‘flan’” (dije que se llama flan), so we don’t repeat “I said it’s called..” but just “que flan”.
Just like in the example: mom was saying “deja de hacer eso” (stop doing that). Second time mom says “dije que dejes de hacer eso” (I said stop doing that) third time mom says “que dejes de hacer eso”, as a way to emphasis what she has said 2 times before.
Hope it’s more clear now.
@@SpeakSpanishWithPaula oh i see now. thank you so much. looking forward to more videos
Do you have a lo que lesson
Working on that. It’ll be up next week or in 2 weeks max ☺️☺️
Hola profesora ❤
Thank you for all of the great videos!!! You're a great teacher!
Blake Neal Thank YOU! You made my day 😊😊
Gracias! Estoy apprendiendo Espanol tres meses con Babel. Ahora apprendo Espanol con Paula tambien. (Let me know how disjointed this sentence is if you would like. I just went for it, no google lmao. !Que disastre! ;) )
👍👍
😀
Gracias 😬
Do we also use que to continue the sentences with counting how many things we need to do for example?
👏🏽
😊😊
❤
😉 👍
❤❤
lo veo en todo
Sí, usamos “que” por todos lados.
😊
It’s a tricky topic. I hope it helps a bit. 😉😉😉
Si
💪
Tengo una duda. I thought cuál cannot be used with nouns ?
La verdad es que yo soy mexicano, mi lengua materna es el español, pero un dia me di cuenta que usamos que para todo, y asi es que llegue a este video jajaja
🤩
Gracias para el video , Señorita
decirnos que enhorabuena, que here has no translation either in English or in Arabic, how i can use it if I don't understand what it means
