Very useful video end explanations! I discovered your channel few time ago, and I must to say that you bring veey good and informative stuff! Keep going & best regards‼️👊🥊
Very helpful video! I’ve been trying to lose weight. Joined my boxing gym last September and went from 264 to 222. I noticed I had lost weight but didn’t see much definition. I think my calorie deficit was severe. I bumped back up to 241😅 but the goal is 165. Awesome video! Keep it up!
Yup could be the deficit was too big and you did lose fat but also muscle tagged along! So that may be why you saw the lack of definition. Incorpore a strength training routine as well!
I’m currently trying to lose weight. I wrestled, did taekwondo, and most recently Muay Thai but stopped about a year ago. I’ve been running and doing body weight exercises everyday. I’m starting to eat more protein and eat healthy but I’m not really counting my calories. I was 257 or so in early May and this morning I weighed 220. I feel like I’ve definitely lost fat but maybe some muscle as well. Should I lift weights instead of body weight workouts and what lifts would help? Thanks in a advance, and I love the content. Makes me want to get back in to martial arts
First off congrats on getting that weight off! How do you feel? Good energy? Body weight exercises are great but overtime it’s hard to overload them unless you do many more reps. Start incorporating 2 weight lifting sessions per week and choose some compound lifts with a few accessory exercises along with them!
Been feeling pretty good. Got covid a couple days ago but it went away in like a day and a half. Went to Mexico for about two weeks and ran about 8 out of the 12 days. I feel like the altitude really helped my cardio but definitely feeling like I need to do some weight training to lose as little muscle mass as possible
My friend is going to have an amateur boxing match in November I want to show him this so he can get the upper hand He’s going to fight some fire fighter
Awesome! He can follow the weight loss strategies doing a massive weight cut for amateur boxing is not a smart idea because the weigh in is the same day.
@@ElYuyuBoxing I always make weight because of your advice it helps me a lot, I'm about to fight at my pro debut next week, you help a lot in my career. Keep doing what you doing.

Glad it was helpful! 🥊
Great content! 🙏🏽
Thank you! 🥊
A video on how to gain/ bulk up or move up in class is as a boxer would be really helpful
Noted! Gaining or bulking required energy surplus which mean you need to eat more! But I’ll share some tips on how to eat more without being so full
sweet video! thanks!
