hello, nice video. Having the same problem but still can't connect. Tried step by step to connect Xiaomi app with Xiaomi phone. Had this problem after I tried Aqara app and made an upgrade for m1s that popup me. Want to go back in Xiaomi because has more feature, like induction with motion sensor that can't see on Aqara app. Could you help me.
I followed your steps, it doesn’t show on my auto discovery, it start to blink blue rather than yellow but it never says : open mi app nor restart successfully ! It’s been added successfully through mi app to my HomeKit but I can’t find it in my mi home app! Nor use it to bridge my mi cameras to HomeKit ( which was the goal from buying this device)! Thank you
