When I was working, my wife did all the cooking although she too was working. I always felt guilty at the dinner table and felt like a freeloader. After I retired, I was determined to do some serious cooking. My wife gave me some basic tips and left me to find my own way in the culinary world. Naturally I started surfing the You Tube for recipes and instructions. To be frank with you I was totally lost as each person gave his /her own version of cooking. I messed up big time and wasted quite a lot of items as the food I made was mostly insipid. Then one day accidentally I came across your site and that made all the difference. I found you to be very friendly warmhearted and down to earth and extremely knowledgeable . You made cooking so simple, uncomplicated and easy to follow. Within a period like two months I have taken over entire cooking at our household. My wife had so much of confidence in me, she even allowed me to cook when we were entertaining and our guests were amazed at my culinary abilities. I really enjoy cooking now and make numerous dishes. All credits should go to you Anoma, You are the greatest You Tube cook. No question about it. I am so thankful and grateful to you. You do a wonderful job in teaching how to cook. You are my guru and I am sure there are thousands like me who are benefited by your programs. තවත් ඉතා වැදගත් කරනාවක් නම් , oven එක run වෙන ගමන් මඟදී දොර අරින්න එපා. එසේ අවශ්‍ය නම් Timer switch එකෙන් "0" කරලා දොර අරින්න. නැත්නම් door interlock safely switch එකට හානි වීමට සහ දොර වැසෙන ධාරායේ spark විි body paint එකේ "spark spot" ඇති වීමට ඉඩ තියනවා. ඒක ඉතාමත් හානි දායකයි.
