This is the song that can make a summary about all the bad and hard things that happened in my life, and make me realize how much stronger I became today. Stay all strong and be blessed !
Oh yes and amen. I only wish and pray that I can become a better, strong, and brave man. I've been losing that mentality for the last 3 years since I lost my job in 2020 due to COVID-19 inflicting the planet. I've been a broken man ever since
"The Raging Demon... Its power is unequaled... It is not my fist, but your past sins that will kill you... The more evil your past doings, the more painful your death..."
3rd Strike's ending theme was Amazing, but this one is EPIC, been playing Street Fighter since 1996, when kids were going mad for Power Rangers, Toy Story and Jurassic Park in the cinema. The 90s were the best years for Capcom and growing up playing video games was a blessing. Now the Video Game industry is bigger than the movie industry. How times have changed! May Capcom and Street Fighter live for many more generations of kids to come!
thanks bro! dont worry, you guys still have plenty more time to play :) I'm a 30 year old fart now haha, I have a baby son, when he is a little older I will be teaching him how to do his first hadoken no doubt :)
knowing how frustratingly hard it was to beat Bison, hearing this is truly what victory sounds like. Ken and Fei Longs ending matches that dramatic feel with this theme.
Certain parts of certain endings actually are all part of the canon, until Capcom retconned Nash's SFA3 ending and made his SFA2 one the official canon for SF5.
i come back to this song every other week it seems, I listen to it when i need my spirits lifted, when i need to shed tears, when i want to smile, this song is powerful in many ways.
Same, in fact this was the very first fighting game I've played in my life. Explains why I love fighting games in general and hold this one dear to my heart.
I just paid an eviction notice and I feel accomplished in my life so I'm playing this song I hope anybody that's going through any type of situation in life can relate to this song other than being accomplishment
"HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! What incredible power! My name will live forever!! As long as I have the Psycho Drive in my hands... No one on Earth will ever forget the name Shadaloo!!!" GAME OVER!
Dee Jay's ending is one of my favorites in the entire series so far. Canonically having encountered him after defeating Sagat, the Jamaican kickboxer was unable to overpower the tyrant M. Bison and thus forced to flee. But not before refusing the Master of Psycho Power's offer for "ultimate power" and a place at his side. Dee Jay telling him that he'd gotten to where he is now due to hard work, blood, and tears.
This recently grew on me. I was just watching a TAS, fell asleep a little, then woke up hearing this music. It was the coolest track ever at the time.😆 Now I'm an official fan of this Credits theme.😁
Hearing this again for the first time in many years, I have to say that this is one of the best ending themes in a fighting game that I know of. Even with the more chill themes that you would fight most people too, they don't compare to knowing that they're behind you once you hear this song. But if I remember right, you also hear this with the bad ending, if you lose to Final Bison, which is a counterpoint 🤣, but the original statement stands.
People complain about this soundtrack? SERIOUSLY? This is probably the greatest Street Fighter soundtrack ever. Not to say the other ones aren't awesome, I love third strikes and SFIV is not too shabby, but this is soundtrack is fucking bliss.
I have to agree because this is the only fighting game soundtrack that stuck in my head for so long from my childhood that I downloaded street fighter alpha 3 max to my vita just to hear it again. Good shit good times.
I don't like how this was used for everybody's ending music. But that's not because this isn't awesome. This theme just says, goodbye, we're hitting the road to me.
I agree. As if you're about to depart for pastures new. You long for the old times, but realise you need to push forward. Fits Ryu's ending pretty well imo. He even departs on another journey at the end of it all
Som incrível! Aquela sensação de dever cumprido, vc ralou pra porra, que nem um cão mas conseguiu fechar o dia... voltando pra casa no metrô... olhando o sol pela janela e contemplando a cidade. MARAVILHOSO. São tantas memórias...
When you defeat Covid’s human boss form, and you look up in the rain with bloodied knuckles knowing there’s a variant “Now that COVID is dead, the rest is child’s play..”
Oh, this song so peaceful that I can go to sleep peacefully, and this is the type of song that warms my heart and lets me know that no matter the bad and wrongs that have taken place in my life that there is still good and happiness out there. Also, to separate yourself from and/or let go of the people who want to try to drown you and take you down in life to keep you from succeeding and moving forward
After surviving many Shin Psycho Crushers, this theme made it worth it. Today, I use this theme a lot for my streams. I love this OST so much. It's really humbling to listen to this theme, specifically, after a lot of stress from school, work or otherwise just passed. I hope to relax now.
Que recuerdos...me da mucha nostalgia y me trae recuerdos algo tristes. Por suerte estoy jugandolo con mis hijos y los nuevos recuerdos están sustituyendo a los antiguos.
"We've just won our first great battle now, but this war is far from ending! Still, here we are, standing defiant against all evil that permeates this world! Until this war is ended for good, we will keep fighting with all our might!"
OST just oozes '99 and the arcade perfect conversions 1:1 to console at that era starting with the Dreamcast. Unfortunately for me, i was born a little to late to really witness the transition from 2D to 3D back in '95 when i was just 3. But i *did* growing up with retro games and consoles due my family loving games. I started going to the arcades when i was 5. So back in early 1999 i was 7 years old my brother and uncle imported games from Japan to Europe for both Sega Saturn and PlayStation (we already imported stuff like Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, KOF '97 & '98, and Dragon Ball: Legends later KOF '95) We had a gaming magazine from the UK (i think) which covered Japanese-only releases. My uncle’s friend who had connections with the import-scene had a small market in the store so we had to pay and the carrier to get what we wanted. We had Alpha 3/Zero 3 5 months early prior to it’s release date in Europe! That was awesome.
Man i have memories with this OST, when i was young i remember playing this game lots of itmes just because of the dynamic battle (2v1), later i tried the normal mode to see Ryu's ending, but when I loose to Bison, and saw the cutscene starting with this OST I didn't understood, and when the statue became a robot, and nuked the city, i was in shock, with this OST playing, while seeing that i failed to save the world, i was depressed for weeks lmao, that was cool
Ah miss so Street Fighter alpha series old memories 90s I love karin kanzuki my favorite best fighting game PS1 PS2 and PSP thanks so much that excellent work!
I remember ryu bad ending freaking the heck outta me as a kid imagine just being trapped in that... no one can come save you no one knows where you are you're just forced to stay in there slowly dying begging for someone to save you with only m bison to accompany you.
I hope there's a remix of this theme, when I start gaming on my channel, (if I ever do) this might be my outro theme. But it would be nice to have a remix as well.
took me so dang long to beat M.Bison the first time in the PS2 collection so when i heard this it was the song of pure win and triumph for me (i played chun li XD)

Sanguis Nox's thoughts: Not even the Satsui no Hadou has proven a challenge to me. Oh well, at least it was fun while it lasted. Hmm, before I go though.... *(One few days later)* Ryu: Hmm? *(Sees Sanguis Nox from a distance)* Sanguis Nox: *(Throws a box at Ryu)* Ryu: *(Opens box containing Gouki's prayer beads)* These beads...they're.... Sanguis Nox: You wanna know how I got'em? Find me...WHEN you are ready. *(Turns around and vanishes.) Ryu: (Looks and grips hard on Gouki's beads with a determined look on his face.)
The ending theme Addison: Well we did it we killed Pablo Escobar Jr and we save the lives in L.A. Before he makes Chaos Successions as always we says. 2019 is the Outstanding year for L.A. and All Across USA
Fei-Long: Guh! Not bad... your bite is as strong as your bark... You are also strong, but not strong enough! M.Bison: You underestimate me... Now, learn what fear is! As long as I have the Psycho Drive, I am INVINCIBLE! Fei-Long: What!? Muuu!!! Haaaaa!!! *M.Bison performs a Psycho Crusher on Fei-Long* Fei-Long: Gwaah! M.Bison: Fei-Long, you are as good as ashes before my power! It's all over for you, PSYCHO CRUSHER!!! Fei-Long: Not yet! It's time for you to see my Super Move! Wa! Taaaaaah!!! *Fei-Long flying kicks M.Bison* Fei-Long: By depending on the Psycho Drive, you've sealed your fate! Haa! Chaaaaa! Wa! Taaaaaaa! Yeah! Chaaaaa!!! M.Bison: No.... it's impossible... nothing can be more powerful.... than the Psycho Drive.... Gwaaaaaah!!! *M.Bison explodes* The hit movie, "Street Fighter" was made, based on these events. Now a superstar Fei-Long stands in the center of the spotlight. Despite his achievements, he is not yet satisfied... Fei-Long: If you reach the top of a mountain, climb yet another! Ah! Chaao! The "and then Bison explodes" theme.
😂 💯
I play this song every day in my car on my way home, after a hard work day...

Well I would Work

"But don't worry. You won't be victorious again. Come! Witness the death of your soul."

Yea, you guys and my bros generation all the luck. Even if he was 7 when SF3 came out, he managed to catch up.
I wish I was born in that era... ;"(

wait ryu ending is the canon 1? feel like is the best 1
I think it's Guile ending that is canon.
Certain parts of certain endings actually are all part of the canon, until Capcom retconned Nash's SFA3 ending and made his SFA2 one the official canon for SF5.
Or losing to him...
The greatest ending song to the Street Fighter's Legacy.
Yes
Absolutely
i come back to this song every other week it seems, I listen to it when i need my spirits lifted, when i need to shed tears, when i want to smile, this song is powerful in many ways.
Yes and me too my friend
Can heavily relate
Genial 👍
The first SF game i have ever played in life...
soooo many memories...
Street Fighter Alpha 3 for life!!
Same here
Same, in fact this was the very first fighting game I've played in my life. Explains why I love fighting games in general and hold this one dear to my heart.
In my mind the absolute best street fighter in the series and my favorite video game of ALL time
Me too! I miss playing this awesome gem
arguably the best street fighter ever made
I just realised that Blanka is biting R. Mika.
+bat sonic I guess Billy Blankas over here's hungry for some Mika.
They should have Made a Better Street Fighter Series no Remakes Updates or Remastereds
its a gentle bite
her ass was exposed
I would've never noticed that until I went to the comments
I just paid an eviction notice and I feel accomplished in my life so I'm playing this song I hope anybody that's going through any type of situation in life can relate to this song other than being accomplishment
"HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! What incredible power! My name will live forever!! As long as I have the Psycho Drive in my hands... No one on Earth will ever forget the name Shadaloo!!!"
GAME OVER!
Depending on the ending, this can give of positive or negative vibes
This song can either be the most depressing theme because of the bad future or the most fulfilling theme because you saved the world.
Creo la melodía la compusieron así por algo
The value of failure or success is defined whether or not we trully go for broke.

Dee Jay's ending is one of my favorites in the entire series so far. Canonically having encountered him after defeating Sagat, the Jamaican kickboxer was unable to overpower the tyrant M. Dee Jay telling him that he'd gotten to where he is now due to hard work, blood, and tears.
This has the feeling of finality to it. Nothing in the other series touches this. This is the song of Street Fighter's end.
Still look up to the sky and know the journey isn't over, just gotta keep walking down that road to better yourself.
Feels like a wave of relief just washes over you, when you hear this.
This recently grew on me. I was just watching a TAS, fell asleep a little, then woke up hearing this music. It was the coolest track ever at the time.😆 Now I'm an official fan of this Credits theme.😁

3Rayfire the SFA 3 dev team really gave their all and pushed the CPS2 to its limits. I think this track shows this was their grand finale as a team.
I agree. As if you're about to depart for pastures new. You long for the old times, but realise you need to push forward. Fits Ryu's ending pretty well imo. He even departs on another journey at the end of it all

This should have been Q's theme. It's mysterious and robotic at times, like him.
Damn you Shin Bison…you annoying son of a…lol
I’ve only beaten him with TWO people: Ryu and Akuma
