It would be nice to go a bit slower for newbies to crochet
Go to the 3 dots at top and hit play back speed you can make it fast or slow
In the USA those aren't trebles, they're double crochets

I wonder if you could use treble for a more open effect. Just need to add one additional chain at the start of each row and maybe one more in the center?
