  • How to choose the right job?
    #warikoo #jobs #naukri
Are you confused about your career path?
Or are you about to complete your college and don't know what path to choose?
Do you want to not regret choosing a job/career?
In this video, I will explain a three step framework for choosing your career.
It has to be followed in the same sequence, only then will it be able to help you.
Most people start it in the reverse order, and that is why they regret it later in their lives.
    TIMESTAMPS
    00:00 Introduction
00:20 What is the right job?
    02:17 The ICF Framework
02:46 The I of the ICF framework?
06:22 Why most people are unhappy in their jobs
09:09 The C of the ICF framework
10:58 The F of the ICF framework
12:17 Having the right mindset towards career
Choosing a career path is a huge decision to make, and I hope this simple to understand and apply video helps you get on the path that seems right for you.

Sir, the content is gold, but what has left me with a much more deeper realisation is - how infrequent is this switch in a speaker, between both male and female standpoints/examples(karunga/karungi) throughout your videos. Thanks a lot Sir!

Thank you for this Ankur sir!
As you rightly mentioned that the industry should be looked at as a persona, I adopted this approach and also researched a bit about the personalities of the achievers in that field. In clinical psychology, I saw the women in the field were absolute boss ladies, they wrote multiple books, gave amazing talks, and they really really loved the field of psychology and had a great impact on people's lives. I realized that these personalities are what I resonate with and it brought so much clarity!
I recently had watched a youtube video wherein a lady was discouraging youngsters from pursuing a career in psychology because it doesn't pay well. But after watching your videos, I've realized that once you've set yourself up in a path that you love, with some proper effort YOU CAN MAKE IT BIG!

No wonder people like Jack Ma are so happy in their lives. All entrepreneurs suggest us to just live in the moment and also to live the moment. i.e. breathe in perfection into all that you do and then success is all that you’ll breathe out and will end up enjoying it all thoroughly. The ICF framework here is truly comprehensive and as per me inculcates great values. All my doubts resolved! Great 👍

This is incredible. ICF works for people in twenties perfectly. I can say this because I have done some bit of experimentation myself when I was in my twenties. It may not be as much as it could have been but, I can say one thing for sure that I don't recognise the person I was until last year or years before. I have grown so much as an individual.

I think its a good take to understand that earning the highest amount is not the goal. Happiness, wealth both are subjective.

This is a great perspective - ICF.
But honestly sir our education system is planned in such a way that function is the first thing people are prepared for. Fortunately I was once told by my father that he thought I would study and be able to do more than he could, but he was disappointed when he heard from I am a CA, I can’t do this. That changed the way I looked at career.
And what you said is absolutely brilliant. Will now focus in this manner.
Thanks a lot for sharing. 😊
