To be really honest, Each one of us WANTS IT EASY. We don't work for our dreams, we dont put in the effort and then we feel dejected because we could'nt get that dream job/degree/company etc. Abhi's example is shows that determination and perseverance GETS THE JOB DONE! exactly. no one even wants to invest monetarily. I am not saying that you should spend on courses and stuff but there are things that are worth your money and can save you lot of time. In the end choice is dependent on the person.

I started out with LinkedIn DMs in the first year of college. Had zero knowledge and nothing on my resume. But landed work at The New York Times in Delhi.
