Beating Dead Rising With Only Fists Starting From a Level 1 File

- This by far has been the most requested challenge for years. I decided I'd amp it up and I will be uploading every game unarmed at some point. This is Dead Rising with No Weapons!
For rules it is simple:
No weapons allowed
Food is allowed
Cars are allowed
Queens are required to be given to Isabela and her turret section is unskippable
I also decided to make things interesting and do it from a fresh level 1 file. I decided against All Bosses for this one because quite frankly, Cletus is impossible without being strongly leveled.

you should attempt to beat dead rising while only using bikes/skateboards/cars as weapons (areas you can't normally have a bike you would spawn one in) skateboard does 150 damage and with all 3 books you can get 81 hits the bike with no books does 250 damage with 100 hits. I think this challenge is very doable and would be very entertaining to watch

I am sure you will have easier time doing Dead Rising 2 Off The Record starting from level 1 with fists only. For starters first boss won't be that hard compared to when you deal with Carlito 1 in Dead Rising 1. Ted is so easy that even the zombies can kill him. I remember when I lose health due to how Snowflake attacked me, I went to create quicksteps. When I was about to pick up a quickstep, I went like what happened to the screen? Then it shows Ted dying. I never even had a chance to give Ted 1 hit. So leaving Ted alone can cause Ted to receive zombie damage. Brandon in OTR won't be as tough as his counterpart in DR2. Most bosses in OTR receives more damage then their counterpart in DR2. It is only the helicopter that may force you to use weapons but the rest of the bosses, it is possible to do it without weapons.
I'm loving the videos and I really appreciate your dedication but I have a challenge request for you can you please beat the game with only soccer balls
I also saw your video where you beat the game with only survivor weapons but can you try beating the game with only boss weapons

34:40. If you were in level 50, you would not even need to use a single car to kill zombies and you would of gotten your Karate Champ achievement as part of your free package.

Have you ever done a run where you don't heal during a boss battle? Like you can heal before and after but try boss battles with just one set of full HP?

Can you do a no attacking run on dead rising 1 like you did in your last video with dead rising 2 OTR?
Dead Rising 1 requires Frank to land the last hit on all bosses
the only weapons you used are Franks guns
When I look at the title, I would assume the goal would be Karate Champ achievement. I mean you may have the ground rules saying using cars is acceptable but the Karate Champ achievement itself will have the ground rules saying no weapons allowed including cars. When reading the description for Karate Champ achievement, it is required to kill 1000 zombies barehanded which means fists only. I take it that your challenge is beat every boss with no weapons since killing zombies with cars is required for your grinding.

@@Ecdycis You should of used the mixed drinks called energizer. That way, you won't end up resorting to using cars. It can be possible to beat Carlito 1 using level 3. I had seen you almost made it half way when you were punching Carlito 1. I used energizer all the time when I fight Brock so if you attempt to this, you could still go to the supermarket to collect lettuce and then use the blender to keep drinking energizer. Even when Brock hits me, my health is still in full health because I set a challenge where my health remains full health when beating Brock. That same rule can apply to you when you fight Carlito 1. It makes Frank temp invincible. Each time the effects wears off, keep drinking that. Rinse and repeat. Spitfire may count as a weapon but energizer is guaranteed to not be a weapon. All that does is heal you. Same example as to how you use foods and drinks. You only use it to heal. I can guarantee you energizer will not break any of your ground rules. To give you an example, 10:18. That quickstep can be replace with energizer.

I’d love to see this too. For real. but i asked him on stream if he’d ever do that and he basically said he thinks blindfold streams aren’t fun cause he likes to talk to chat and that would prevent him from doing so.

Fun Fact: The easiest way to get zombie genocide is to start a new play through get to the backup for brad mission and the timer never actually ends allowing you to just endlessly farm as soon as you start the game
I had seen people in youtube that manage to save all survivors, do all missions and manage to do zombie genocide in 1 playthrough. It is proven the standard is not that hard. In DR2, it is not possible to save all survivors while attempting zombie genocide.
@@hp2546I do PP runs and start as soon as I get both horror novels. It's tricky choosing whether or not to go for survivors with the magazine, as zombies are almost always worth it. Photos freeze time, so don't forget to get your snaps.
have you ever done a challenge run of dead rising where you try to get every achievement in one run or get as many of them as possible? if not is that something you would try? love the content
I have tried it before and ran into a big issue with Frank the Pimp messing up the timings
