Slaying a Seven Spears mini boss on NG+1 and meeting Doujun - Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - Episode 49

Excuse my indecisiveness when it came down to this episode. I wanted to do something, couldn't decide if I actually wanted to, then I just kind of ran around the place wondering what to do next. After that, I just kind of wandered about and met with Doujun, but I guess in the end I won't be doing that quest line, simply because the reward is mostly for a high stakes item that is reusable.
