Eventually it opens when you do all of the green hairs girls missions. It then goes down. I won't spoil it but there is another boss and a cool ending with music
Btw you can use the normal slash to defelct attacks then using the powerful slash and also you can gain a cube which allows you to use that powerful slash without waiting so ya
@@quequlitomessi6909 gael has towers which is used for hypnotism. She says "Go find all of the towers". When you find all of them she says, you need to fight gael. While you fighting gael we're going to destroy the towers. But you need to find hacking device first. When you get east passcard, tour the eastern part of the map you will see industry zone. When you find hacking device(it is ability like dash) go back to the tr8(she is in the room which is you got hypnotized by gael and fought with samurai who is 3kyo). Then she will send you to destroy the towers.

Destroy towers before fighting Gael, the towers are located in east and west emperor city
U need to complete Tr8's mission first. She will tell you to fight gael after that.
