Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend and enjoy todays video making an awesome Kukri blade. I’ll be announcing the winners of the giveaway shortly so stay tuned 👍🏻
Another great cast there my friend 👍 What I think you should make next is a bigger set of display shelves to show off all that you have made over the years! I desperately need some myself for all the Copper Bullion I have produced and all the Welsh Copper pore I have collected from my home country. Keep up the excellent work and will see you in the next video you Produce! 👍
@@MrMelter I have been watching you for quite some time now well on your other channel. Really sad UA-cam will not own up to their mistake. I know some of the other channels I watch were hit as well like you were. Keep up the awesome work I hope others are inspired by you like I have been. Nothing like melting aluminum, copper, brass and ETC down and making something with it. Even if it is an ingot, it is just satisfying. Have to give a little shout out to your Austrian buddy bigstakD. He is another one that has inspired me. Thank you very much.
No problem and glad you enjoy! Yeah when I talk to Ben over at Presstube he had the same problem the same exact time I did which is why he isn’t posting on YT anymore. Same with a few other channels. It’s a shame really. I’ll relay the shout out to BigD though 👍🏻
Nice work, I like how it came out after all. Forged knives are always better than cast. Considering that you are working with aluminum casting the only way to get the shape and form desired.
being a gorkha first of all i would like to correct you its not kukri it's called khukhuri ..keep up the good work.....the way you made it absolutely loved it...
With it being aluminum, it is only for show. You could, in an emergency make a cut or 2 with it, but then it would be damaged/dented. If he cast it in steel or bronze that would be a bit different
Khukuri blades are always hammered forged,... never poured. I have 20 of them, I bought in Nepal, when I was in the military. If you do this as a "gee whiz" type of thing,...then I fully understand; however, please don't try to pass this off as how they're actually made.

Looks awesome!
That came out really nice 👌
The leather was a nice touch
My grandpa made a bowie knife from casting back in 1947 and he still has the knife today and it's still in pretty good condition
A very nice blade!
Came out nice.
That came out great actually good job.

Hey mate, I guess with every melt of the boat, you're taking out more impurities. Nice knife.
Very nice!
Sniping is a good job mate!
Very nice
Very nice well done
You should do the "3d Bench" print and cast. See if its the ultimate test for both printing and casting. My 3d printer hated it at first.
Nice job! Swdweeb style
I just found out about this new channel of yours today. Nice Kukri blade
Thank you 🙏

Nice video. Can make sth out of aluminium bronze?
Nice, I always like the wrapped handles. How could you resist trying this out? I'd have bought a melon or something for a test chop.

Hey bud, might wanna warn folks about the flashing (during the glove toss) just in case they are epileptic
How about a K-Bar?
That’s on the to-do list 👍🏻
Can you sharpen it?
Whats your other channel?
I still have my issued KaBar Kukri machete...my son wears it on our acreage proudly...he doesn't full understand where and what
inspired by bigstackD?
Why is this on a second channel? It seems a pretty much like everything else on your main channel.
I’ll be explaining all that soon
Are these just props? I've always heard casting metals are weaker, so idk

As a concrete contractor I’m kinda triggered when you drop that big ass ingot on the floor.

It's just a toy/prop.
