Whenever I'm returning from Salt Lake I'm always mesmerized by this building due to the palm trees planted at that height. The design of this feels like four of our normal-sized flats will fit in the duplex. Cudos to whoever worked their way up to be able to afford something like this for themselves. Also, love the concept of placing the balcony beside the kitchen, it just open things up more and lets in a lot of light into the cooking area which is almost missing in most Indian flats.
Really? The building has a ugly design and not convincing architecturally if you ask me.
@@srvbhmk265 and 21 cr is minimum cost lol😂
Same, the duplex is my dream house, in entire Kolkata. I like this even more than the 42 building flats. I keep looking at it whenever I pass..

I first saw this building being constructed back in 2014 (or 2015 may be). It took long time to finish this project. Good to see this building in its final form.

😂
It would have been interesting if he said that here, we have planned it such that the sun rises in the North and sets in the South. Would have got hooked.
In every 60 seconds, a minute passes in Africa💀
He forgot unlike the system… the sun is the only one who actually provides equality… the equality to all people … poor or rich…. Balck or white… the light of the sun is equal to everyone
I love buildofy. It's so relaxing to watch and inspiring. It is good to create some videos about the pricing of interiors if anyone is interested to do so in a 2 or 3 store house. I know it depends on designs but we can get some idea so that anyone can plan.
Kolkata is developing. Proud to be a part of Kolkata!
Only posh areas are developing?
@@anonymousneeteducator9660 obviously
@@anonymousneeteducator9660 The area where this building has been built was a 'bheri'- a fish pond. Most of the areas in East Calcutta were erstwhile bheris. They are being developed now into very good neighborhoods. Metropolitan Housing, Anandapur, Kalikapur, Tangra, Topsia are some of them. A lot of development is taking place in these areas, apart from Newtown, Rajarhat, and Garia.
I suggest you to open your eyes. There are nearly 14 million residents who call this city their home.
Already developed only if u can afford!

India is probably the only country where the financial difference between a rich and a poor is huge. Rich people get direct/indirect support from the government and get richer and poor people get little to no support from the government and become poorer. The gap is becoming wider every day.
Wake up.this gap is present in all countries
@@satvikhegde325 Triggered much, Mr. Gowbhakt? Sadly, this is the fact. The basic wage in India is among the lowest in the world.

@@satvikhegde325 the gap in India is underestimated. Poverty in India is underestimated like anything. What is considered poor in India would be considered penury elsewhere. Actually, even the richness of people is also deliberately underestimated because of our taxation regime. Hence, the gap would be even more stark in reality. And I am not denying that the gaps in other countries. In India, the gap is stark on paper and even starker in reality.

@@dasaritra007 So what? Power cut happens due to many reasons apart from water logging and natural calamities.
again most of all Kolkata is humid and hot, so glass panels look exquisite and yet harmful cause it traps more heated sunrays thus raising the inside temp and eventually running air con for extended periods of time. I urge architectures to both get inspired by scandinavian design and aesthtics but also look forward to India climate condition.

Well I am never going to live in Kolkata. what the point of buying luxury flat in midst of slums and poverty all other public facilities available in Kolkata will be garbage plus weather is not good so Kolkata is waste. Rather I would go and buy cheap house in greater noida and some where other becz all other public facilities like roads other infrastructure, malls and neighborhoods and people will be more good here in greater noida as compare to poor of Kolkata. Hill stations are also not a large distance from noida. Also considering sea level Kolkata may gets submerged to sea level in 2050 or in 2100s. Also Kolkata have Bangladeshi problems and this region is in Bengal and Bengal politics sucks as their people don't want any new things to come and they don't adopt development.
@@starship3812 nobody forced u to live in kolkata. Its ur choice.

Beautiful architecture..surrounded by heavily polluted Kolkata, barely fresh air to breath, almost not moving traffic, filthy roads and crowd of people...
Better than Delhi and bangalore
Yes, till a certain party wins the elections, then magically all the negative opinions will turn into positives
The atmosphere I still remember the name ... I used to admire it when I was in Kolkata in 2017
This is the peak of architecture and beauty 😍. But so much space for a family of 5 secluded from the society below just feels so unlike humans to me. Yes, we should find happiness within ourselves but this feels choking as we are moving far and far away from being the social beings we are ment to be .(Just my viewpoint)

Yeah, keep telling urself that.
Yes the culture of forced maids and drivers sucks in india
I watch the Atmosphere & ITC most of times while returning from MAA fly over both construction are high level

It's not about God wanting you to buy this house. It's about how far are you willing to try to get this kinda house ! I wish you find the answers and get a house like this :)
It's not depended on god . It depends on you alone!!
@@Farhan-jsj The GOD is not powerless, people often misunderstand the concept of God. The God is actually all powerful, almighty, but he is not our babysitter, he is our creator, and hence he won't interfere in our personal life. He has given everyone the liberty and the freedom of choice to make their decisions and achieve whatever they want as per their capabilities. So that doesn't make God to be less powerful since he is the one who created everyone and everything.

Very well explained really nice 👏 👍🏻
I am just waiting for the view of the sky bridge
let's see how they sell these luxury flats. I hope good for this project as I'm concerned about how the real estate market is already down which is affecting architecture industry overall.
What about the sofas outside when it rains?
What a nice, airy and full of light place. The interior is not good according to that, it’s very gloomy and sad. No where I can find art and happiness.
Researching for architects in Bangladesh, however it seems like alot of them do not have the quality as the gentleman in this video. I probably get in touch with him and see if it is possible to design and build for me a contemporary flat. Who were the construction company in this video??? Thanks.
Beautiful property
The building attracts my attention every time. But I think the colour scheme of the building is not that eye catching, so many people may don’t like it that much.
So good 👍🏻
In kolkata weather, glass house means heat chamber.
They have ac I guess..
everything is so great.. but
what about the AQI of that area ..
It's really outstanding design and floor planning, hard work to put make it remarkable living place. But on the other side it seems to be more on gray side which represent more depression mode. Not sure why owner has choose the color combination on gray side where he has 3 teenager. Color combination makes the dull impression of the Duplex. People who are living there will naturally attract to go and spend more time in balcony instead of staying in the house.
Personally I think this could be better if the color/shades are more on the brighter side.
Incredible work!
the home and the building is beautiful....lovely design there but ...jus a small opinion when you have 8000 sq. ft of area to plan than why not give a decent designing thought to the mandir.......its pushed at one corner....there was so much room to make it exclusive and wow.......
9:46 minutes of "hehehe, tu kyun dekh raha hai Garreb"
Just awesome
wont the furniture placed in the balcony ,be affected by the enviroment ?( like rains / colour fading due to heat ,etc) . how do u go about this?
Outdoor furniture is made of different materials but yes wear n tear is definitely there. Even the colour of wood changes!
Those are all weather furniture.. yeah they need it to be cover by plastic in heavy rains.. but no such big issues will be there as the material is weather proof only!!
what do they do with those furnitures when it starts raining obliquely💀
I have a weird question.. What happens when it rains?? Does those sofas soak in the water? Like it's a genuine question
Great work. Well explained.
I also watched this building before, form Kolkata
The atmosphere, kolkata
I have a question… the sofas that you put in the open area , what will happen in rainy season ?
These are weather furnitures.
Beautiful building soon to be filled with bangladeshi’s and rohingya
Nope...Actually Its already filled North Indian HINDUSTANI Migrants who migratr to Bengal in hordes in far greater numbers than any Bangladeshi or Rohingya.
