This dog was so good during the precut that you’d never know it was her first time groomed in a shop! Awesome work Suzanne! ❤

She has the most beautiful face and eyes. Her expression is adorable! I really love her color as well. What a good girl she is being.

What an absolute darling. Skill and patience came to the rescue for this reality groom which will be so helpful for new groomers. Well done Suzanne and Arial.

Thank you for helping this lovely princess. Personally as well as the risk of injury, I find the risk of getting a bad review or bad mouthing of my business very high.accepting felted dogs .

What a good girl! Hopefully her pet parents get her on a routine from here on out. Doodles coats definitely do best when on routine.

Such a pretty aussiedoodle and well behaved being it’s her first groom with a groomer. Then again she’s being groomed by the best. 😊
So, you’re expanding your business to do larger breeds and hopefully with help? I hope so. Maybe you can relax and take a vacation once it’s in full swing. Wishing you all the best.

I recently had a really big goldendoodle in my salon, I also had to shave it down. Took me nearly 3 hours with bathing and drying afterwards. Clients were kind of upset that I took so much money for it. But otherwise they do not underxtand that it is they're duty to take care of the dog and not us, the groomers. Poor dogs, that's what I think, they have to undure the prosess. 😢

Why is it these people tell groomers bare faced lies and expect experienced professionals to believe them? All they're doing is make their dog suffer.

Do you think she was brushing everyday, but not getting down to the skin? My Mom used to go nuts when I'd tell her she wasn't getting down to the skin, she was brushing over the top. Next thing you knew, Snowball would be bald. I never did get her to understand to comb to the skin. The other thing that's a problem is the edge of the ears. It's easy for a person to miss the ears being tangled at the edges.

Your skill and knowledge just shines. Let’s hope you can educate the owner of Ariel. She was good girl with you and let you work without any fussing.

Just did the same thing last week on an sheepadoodle. Last grooming was 3 months prior where I had also had to do a 4 blade on a 5 inch coat. This time it was a 7. I offered to let him take the dog home and brush it out but I wasn’t going to do it. We’ll see if he schedules more often …any bets? :)

I groomed for over thirty years, have not groomed since 2000, nothing changes, heard every excuse in the book. Feel sorry for you, especially with all these "doodle" mixes.

I had a sheepadoodle and it was so expensive to groom him. I brushed him out 4 times a week so I could have a fluffy coat but it was a lot of work. I had him groomed every 2-3 months. Most people don’t have the time or patience to do that.
