Thank you for the complaints. The only complaints I saw UA-camrs make was how long it takes to mark an enemy and that’s all the devs fixed. We need more of these types of review.
One does occasionally feel like the dev team is so small that they dont have time to actually play the game, anymore. It feels like the design mandate is to always err on the side of something being unusable, as opposed to 'too good', and that they dont have the hours necessary to balance things. not on the video, but since you mentioned Dread Edict - will they ever fix the way this gun looks? This can't be the intended look, can it? I mean, it has no scope on it yet you aim though something somehow. But it's been in the game for so long and stayed the same
So, basically, it's an OD build you can use to get the Sacrum's proficiency up. It looks like ANY other rifle will do about the same. Then just replace your shock traps with a fire sticky or Chem to make up for the occasional dot you'd be adding with Sacrum. 😅 But, good job making it work with something. The whole status sniper concept with this manhunt looks cool, but just not quite working out in practice.
They should just have made the gun apply a slow effect on headshot to any n all enemies within 15 meters with a 20 second cool down n better handling. It's suppose to set up good ambushes with dot n cc effects like an eclipse vile build. But with a lower dmg spamable mmr. The combo with a cherished n courier could allow u to blind, slow, or bleed multiple enemies on command. Without relying on skills which would be cool.
Hmmmmm NICE! I never even thought about using Ongoing Directive. I went classic Eclipse Protocol with the Vile to spread the burn status effect secondary was The Grudge better TTK over The Pyromaniac which I tried first.
I've been kinda thinking that this exotic would be good with maybe a 4 piece ongoing directive, perfectly wicked talent and the vile mask. Any thoughts?

Isn't there a pulse that marks all targets? Does it work with this weapon? Why not run the talent that gives you 45% weapon handling the when in cover or striker?
The marking should be instant not 1 second, burn should be administered on headshot and stack up to like 3. And increase ammo. Allow the burn to be buffed by status affect and duration. Imainge that with perfect creeping death. Essentially creating a support sniper for team play. Sacrum + vile + perfect creeping death + perfect trauma. Loads of fun in legendary

Its a cool concept but the ultimate reason why it sucks is because of the fact its a MMR. It being classified as a rifle would help a ton. Solve the accuracy issues and ammo problems. Because of how MMR reticles work in the div 2 semi auto MMRs are inherently weaker than their bolt action counterparts. Making this an essentially shittier rifle with less reserve ammo. The chameleon suffers from this but to a lesser extent, its classified as an assault rifle when its clearly base off of visually and stats wise the vector SMG. It has the same damage fall off profile and overall stats to the SMG but for some reason its classified as a assault rifle leading to ammo issues and build conflicts when it could've just been streamlined with other SMGs.
Well note to players.. it's not a sniper rifle.. it's a rifle. think of it like a police AR. In real life The gun is for slow cover to cover play mid range. Very easy to use IF you have the skill or you like that play style. Firing fast is not what this weapon is for. You can get a LOT of kills and npcs set on fire. IF your not shooting everyone in rapid fire mode. Lol. It's a swat team type gun. In a team one side of the field is mostly yours highlights your targets and burn them. Easy. Well for some. To get the most out of the gun. Use status effects increase. And the backpack that lets you spread effects I forgot what it's called. Gunner workers also. So you don't need the set if you don't want it. Just another tip for players.
You must be playing on Hard or have a lot of patience to sit behind cover for half an hour in a CP alone as for team play i dont see this gun being helpful either. Idk man id rather use this gun in airsoft.

It's a goofy weapon that requires Tux to come up with a Frankenstein skill build to kill via status ticks (BTW: I complement Tux on his creavity and innovative build). If you're not going to shoot it like a Marksman, why use it? Great idea Tux, but I'm not going to enjoy some goofy build just to make this trash heap as good as Marksman pistol. The only thing accurate about this weapon is its name: "SAC".... I'll let you figure out the rest ... hint: add Sweaty to the beginning of the name ;) Maybe they could rename it to: Jock Itch, cuz this weapon is about as nice as that malady.

So the devs tried to replace determined builds that made people actually want to use sniper builds with this garbage weapon...Even if this thing did 2X the damage it does now, it would still be trash.

at this point skorpio and pestilence are just better weapon, sacrum emperium is still trash even after buff, let it sit in the stash forever
