[IF YOU'RE ON PC READ THIS FIRST] - if you use your Liquid Escape to get the Crimson Dreamstone ring first, you will not be able to get the Death Soaked Idol in the same one shot run. once you get the Crimson Dreamstone ring and return back to the mansion using the Warp Stone, the Wake-Up NPC will no longer be there. using your Liquid Escape and getting the CD ring counts the mansion puzzle as being solved. so be sure to decide if you want the DSI first or CD first...
You get locked out if you get the pendant first too. It seems that we experienced a bug that allowed us to go back in. I think they want you to get the items on separately on different rolls of the dlc.

this doesn't make any sense to me, I never ran into the guy. When in the dream world I picked up my second Talisman it completely took me out of the dream and the guy was gone? I was never able to reenter?

It looked like you grabbed ring first, then went for the talismans, then finally the amulet (blood-soaked idol) All I know is I read a book it mentioned dying. I got pulled into a dream, grabbed a talisman, got teleported, died, grabbed ring, teleported, grabbed 2nd talisman then got kicked out of dream unable to return.
Imo, you probably want to grab the ring last. By getting it first it probably bugs it out. I did the ring first too, following this guide and it bugged out. He's also on PC. Not console. PC seems to have the edge as far as not bugging out goes.
@themis828 I'd say that's a fair guess. I'm on PC also, but bugs are bugs, and all systems are different. Other than the inventory crash, this is the only other bug I've encountered thank goodness.
It's amazing how many objectively worse pendants there are in the game. I use one that gives me 20% damage vs enemies with a status effect. It's 5% less damage but it doesn't go down when I start clearing the mob up and it works in bosses.
All comes down to play style in the end. I used the rusted navigator pendant so I can have a more tank like build. This amulet looks like it fits the ritualist better.
@@AchievementSquad That isn't really playstyle. What you are talking about being a tank vs damage dealer is, but what I was talking about is just them being bad at game design.
He meant that once you die and leave the manor then there's no way to get back to the dreamscape one because the WAKE UP dude is no longer there. Get the amulet first and then drink the Liquid Death.
If you get the ring, it actually starts a NEW quest, where the wake up guy spawns in all your other worlds, you need to find him there. IF you're in ADventure mode, you obviously can't do that, you can only do it in campaign mode to complete that quest.

This is on the Remnant 2 wiki: Alternatively, using Liquid Escape or fruit of death (tried on Hardcore the 23 December 2023, version 400313) while within the ethereal manor will transport you to the Consecrated Throne, rewarding Crimson Dreamstone instead. This a wiki page that anybody can edit, so depends if you wanna take the risk.
Dont get the ring first. Get it last. It will bug out and consider the puzzle solved.

yeah, I did the ring first and when I came back he is no longer there. Unless that is intended and you need to do two runs regardless. @@tuhlunksss

Same with Xbox this guide has fucked me more times than I can admit ... If you do it in his order you don't get the amulet

You can’t renter if you’ve done the talisman unless you re-roll. It counts as the puzzle being solved.

Fuck that use Energized neck coil. Even better. Me if you have bleed In your status build then use the ravagers mark

I use the one that gives a 30% damg boost to physical but changes to elemental damg every 5 seconds
I followed the very process by myself solo and it does not work. The individual man that wakes you up is no longer there.

Can u use the liquid escape right when you come to the house or does the guy have to grab u first then you use liquid escape?

Yeah, it has a standard chest :) the other door just links the corridor to the living room.
